Jeg købte i start november et par støvler fra en Aldo forretning i en størrelse 40. Lige inden jul går et spænde på støvlen i stykker og jeg tager direkte ned i butikken; det skal nævnes at spændet er til pynt. Jeg beder i forretningen om en løsning, da det er forholdsvist nye og dyre støvler og de tilbyder en reparation; men reparationen kan ikke finde sted før midt januar, hvilket for mig ikke er godt nok, så efter lang tids "problemløsning" får jeg så udleveret et par nye støvler. Jeg får dem med hjem - uden at prøve dem først, men checker boksen for størrelsen - og rejser på ferie dagen efter. Da jeg kommer frem mærkes det som om støvlerne er for små og jeg checker derfor størrelsen og finder ud af de er en størrelse 39!! Eftersom jeg er på ferie kan jeg ikke få dem byttet og jeg har heller ikke adgang til internet så jeg kan kontakte dem! Om det er ekspedienten - som iøvrigt ikke var samarbejdsvillig - eller om det er en fejl fabrikken er ikke til at sige, men jeg håber ikke jeg er for sent ude med at få dem byttet endnu engang!

Absolutely dreadful!!
Purchased a pair of shoes to my better half. When we opened the box we realize they sent a pair of used shoes.
No worries, emailed them and they adviced to bring the shoes in to one of their shop.
Did that, they haven't got the right size, so they ordered online.
Arrived in two days, box opened: voila, another pair of used shoes.
We used Aldo in the last 5 years (my wife has at least 30 pairs from them), but now we getting to the point to looking after someone else.
This is disgusting.
Seriously.
Don't buy from them, not at all

Perfekt kundeservice og kundevilkår!
Udover et rigtig godt udvalg, til virkeligt gode priser, så er Aldos kundeservice fantastisk god.
Jeg har været i kontakt med dem flere gange vedr. diverse spørgsmål om produkter og levering, og hver gang har de været supersøde og hjælpsomme. De ringede sågar selv op til mig for at dobbelttjekke noget vi havde talt om. Det er da omtanke og service!
Yderligere er det fedt at vide at der er gratis fragt på alle varer og gratis returfragt i helt op til 45 dage, selv på udsalgsvarer. Vil klart handle der igen i fremtiden.

I buy most of my casual shoes from Aldo. I find that they always keep up with the today's style and the shoes are really not bad quality.

Terrible customer service
Shipping is slow and unreliable (I have ordered 3 times and each time it is slow and the tracking information never updates.) Also, customer service is horrible. They do not answer their emails and they make you wait hours, literally, on the phone for an operator. The only good thing is that they have easy returns/exchanges in-store.
