Tour guides are all very knowledgeable and each day of our tour we experienced something new.

My recent trip to Africa was booked through AAA/Alexander and Roberts. It was an expensive trip but it was well worth the price. It was an excellent experience.

We enjoyed the trip to Japan. Beautiful country and the guide was excellent. Yuka spoke English and she was well versed in the History and culture of Japan. She was organized and made sure that we covered everything on the itinerary. The hotels were in good locations. There was limited vegetarian options. We experienced one problem on the day of our departure. We were told by our guide that we would be escorted from the hotel to the bus station to board the bus to the airport. However, no one showed up at the hotel and we had to to go on our own in a taxi to the bus station. We had to pay 700 yen for the taxi and we had to manage the luggage on our own. We were not too happy and felt let down.

The tour guide was absolutely fantastic. She was an expert on Australia and ensured each tour member had a first-class experience. The accommodations were all 5-star hotels in the city centers. We feel we received great value, an excellent tour, and a dream vacation. Alexander and Roberts will be at the top of our list when looking for our next tour.

Prompt and wonderful welcome at arrival at each airport, customs. Help with check in at all hotels very helpful in airport upon departure right up to going through security. Wonderful, knowledgeable tour guides at each location, with friendly helpful drivers. A sharing of the love and culture of their counntry.

Great itinerary, wonderful guide, Yuka, lovely hotels and restaurants-everything was wonderful, and the size of the group, 16, very manageable.
Everything about our tour to Japan was well planned and executed.

Our trip to Iceland was so memorable! It was a family trip with various ages and we are still talking about it months later. Iceland is so amazing - the natural beauty is hard to beat. Our guide was super helpful and did his best to make sure we had a good time and that we were prepared for the weather each day-which in the winter was very unpredictable. For our free time, he had varying suggestions for everyone depending on what their interests were. His tips for enjoying the local food were spot on! Rye bread ice cream was a unique find. The only thing that was disappointing, but beyond everyone's control, was trying to see the Aurora Borealis, which was being "shy". My family has decided we will just need to return and try again. Already looking forward to it!

Excellent guide and driver, hotels met with expectations.

We had a wonderful trip to Costa Rica with A & R. Our guide was very knowledgeable about everything we had questions about. He was also a kind person with a great sense of humor. Best guide we’ve ever had. Salute to Luis Gonzalez.

Just returned from Egypt, Between the Paws of the Sphinx. Can't say enough good things about staff on the ground in Egypt. First time with A&R, certainly not the last. Lodging, guides, food all great. Well worth the price.

Went on an African Safari. Best trip ever!!! Exceptional service, on time, fantastic experience with our guides and a very professional experience. Alexander & Roberts did an amazing job. Using them again for our upcoming trip to the Middle East. They are top notch!

Gaining additional information regarding resort activities prior to arrival in order to book excursions did not go well - I got widely differing information from the resort and A&R.

Being immersed in the culture of egypt! The accommodations were beyond comfortable. We were treated so well by the company. Being met at the airport upon arrival was so helpful. The care and concern to get us to places in a timely manner were appreciated. All guides and personnel we came in contact with for Alexander and Roberts were great!
