Luxury recliner cushions
Luxury recliner cushions, if they’re the right size don’t look anywhere else. These are solid foam and are comfortable, any other filling will not last, excellent!

Fast delivery
Fast delivery - Ordered Wednesday evening and arrived Friday morning.
Site stated "Alfresia is one of the few remaining companies that make all of our cushions in the UK" - but this cushion is "Made in China" - very disappointing.
Time will tell on the quality of the cushion. Not as fat with foam as I was hoping.

Excellent customer service
I ordered 2 garden chairs with cushions. Only 3 pieces arrived but received a quick response to my enquiry ref delivery of the missing frame. This was delivered the next day.

Swing seat missing parts
Bought the alfresia swing seat via Amazon. Parcel arrived today. But only the frame and no cushions. Also some of the bolts/fittings missing.
The box I recieved was not big enough to accommodate the cushions. Attempted to tell Amazon this, but all they could say is “shipment delivered” They did offer a refund, but I have today spent 3 hours putting it half together and it’s not realistic to dismantle it. Missing parts is annoying, But the main thing is I want the missing cushions

A real transformation
The ordering was easy and it was delivered when they said it would be.
I had 2 rather old rattan garden chairs which I was on verge of dumping but the framework was good, I found the cushion replacements on Alfresia and to say I'm delighted with them is a massive understatement, they look like 2 new chairs.
