OK product delivery hopeless!
Product is OK but delivery was another matter. Because FedEx did not deliver during the stated windows and you sent the product in two parts I completely wasted 2 days waiting in for delivery. Your customer services commented that FedEx’s performance was beyond your control but surely it is your responsibility to make sure they deliver when they promise to.You need to use a different courier as I would be very reluctant to order from you again until you do.

Clarified problem with cushion sizing and received apology . Upon receiving my order and having found out package damaged and item inside also, I was sent another one/ replacement . Before this my problem was dealt with in a timely manner.

mostly well made
We ordered a base unit for a large television. It was well packed and delivery prompt. The unit could be improved by a better back plate which was flimsy and
with fixings involving metal screws on to glass. Not a good idea. Unit very good otherwisw.

Do not be a cheapskate like me
I needed a replacement cushion for our Homebase sunlounger. Being a cheapskate I bought one from Amazon at £15.95. Bad move as it had poor filling and the lounger straps could be felt through the cushion. I then bit the bullet and bought the Alfresia Sun Lounger cushion at £44.99. It was delivered in 2 days and what a difference. Extremely well made, thick, supportive and very comfortable. Much better than the Homebase original which lasted 5 years. On that basis I expect this cushion to last 10.
