Algram Ballymena Avis

From service in the store, to scheduling the delivery, to the actual delivery everything was faultless.
Daryl and Heather unpacked and built all our items. They were friendly and very professional and care and attention was taken at all times.
I would highly recommend Algram and we will certainly be repeat customers

I decided to go to Algram in Ballymena to have a look around for a sofa and chair to match a leather sofa I already had. After being allowed to wander round the shop and having my questions answered by Austin, I spied just what I was after AND it was on a special offer! .......so two days later it was delivered by a lovely delivery man and lady, who also put felt pads on the feet of the furniture so that they would not damage my floor. A really good shopping experience and I would recommend Algram to anyone.

I bought a table and chairs in Algram 3 years ago, intending to build a new house. The house took longer than planned and I have only just asked for them to be delivered to us. Absolutely thrilled with them all over again. And excellent delivery and installation from Heather and Francis, the loveliest delivery people you would ever meet. Top marks Algram!!

Excellent service and delivery staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Very helpful and quick delivery.

What a pleasure to deal with. Lovely helpful staff and a great selection of furniture , well worth the trip up to Ballymena. Delighted with our purchase. Many thanks, will definitely be back!

Bought a sofa. Went in on the off chance having exhausted several other retail options. Sales staff (Austin) was very informed and spent a hour chatting over the options available. Especially the 3 sofas we thought we liked. No sales pressure to buy that day. Left shop to consider. Went away emailed further questions to Austin who came back promptly. Picked the one we wanted and were lucky enough to have it delivered the next week. Delivery was on time and the workmen polite and efficient. All round a good experience.

I had furniture to be delivered and erected by Algram the Driver Francis and Heather (I think her name was) they both were very pleasant nothing was no bother to them also the response I got from Austin was second to none. I would have no hesitation to returning to the store again. With the service I got from all parties. Thanks for all your help.
