We discovered a manufacturer's fault on a piece of furniture and reported this to Algram Furniture. The owner of Algram Furniture Darius Graham personally replied and contacted the manufacturer in Italy, where upon a solution was reached that was fully satisfactory to us. The customer service we received was excellent and we will definitely be returning to Algram the next time we need furniture. Beautiful furniture and 5 star customer service.

Excellent service from start to finish!! Bought a sofa and as we were moving into a new build Algram stored the sofa until our completion date, we experienced several delays during moving and algram rearranged our delivery on more than two occasions. They couldn’t have been anymore helpful and when we eventually got our keys they deliver as soon as they could.

Would recommend algram to anyone and will definitely be returning as a customer again.

Excellent service. Our sofas were ready for us a couple of months ago but we weren't ready for them. Algram stored the sofas and then delivered them within 2 days of our call to say that we were ready to receive them. Their professional and friendly team installed the sofas (which comprised many parts) in our room and took away all the packaging. Really pleased with the service - prompt, friendly and experienced.

Wouldn't recommend! Purchased a Natuzzi sofa in March 2018 from Algram Modern Living. In March 2019 I reported to Algram considerable sagging in the back, seat, armrest and very little support left in the back, resulting in a very expensive uncomfortable sofa. I was informed by Algram,after their Independent technician examined the suite, that I was merely experiencing "Normal settlement". The after sales support I received from Algram was extremely disappointing. Always do your research before purchasing a Natuzzi sofa and I would definitely not recommend buying from Algram. At no time have i had any contact with the manufacturer, although I did add a review to their site
