Good knowledge of products and attention to my requirements. Delivery was at a time which suited and was performed with friendliness and efficiency.

Did not push, allowed time to browse and decide. Warm welcoming and helpful, this also applied to the delivery personnel. Would certainly shop there again.

We arrived in Ballymena looking for a corner sofa. From the moment we stepped inside the showroom we had a good wander around the store without any pressure from the sales team and when we were ready to enquire about the sofa we were interested in the salesperson was right there to answer any questions and to help in anyway he could. From the moment we placed our order they have been honest and reliable and kept us updated on the delivery date. The delivery was on time and delivery people were very good. Very pleased with the corner sofa very well made sturdy and comfortable. Very pleased and definitely will revisit the store at another date in the future. Pamela McDonald.

Francis and Heather completed the superb service with top drawer delivery and building my sofa . Darius sold us top top quality. Highly recommend this company. The bed arrived on time a delivery man and women where very respectful to the very elderly customer and kept all the packaging in the van build the bed and installed the head board with great care a big thank you to all the staff

The follow up service was excellent-keeping us informed of when the item came into stock, holding it until the carpet fitter had completed his work, and punctual, friendly service on delivery. Needed to buy a new bed and decided to try Algram to see what they had. I was approached by a friendly salesman who introduced himself as Peter Murray. He proved to be extremely knowledgeable and talked confidently about the various choices available. To cut a long story short, not only did I buy a Harrison bed but the friend who was with me also decided to treat herself to a Harrison bed. We have since recommended Peter to our family and friends. Must also say that the delivery team of Francis and Heather were impressive.

Good local company, with a superb high quality range of home furnishings. Don't go here if you want cheap rubbish! Everything is top quality and the service is second to none.

I thought when I purchased a leather suite from AG I would have many years of good wear in less than 2 years it was starting to come a part When I phoned because it was over 2 years they refused to look at it Instead I was expected to pay for the repair myself

I do not normally write reviews, however, feel with the exceptional customer service I recently had from Algram I would. I went in to look at beds and Darius and Austin were so helpful as well as patient. The price was lower than a major bed retailer that I had previously visited. On the day of delivery the team rang and gave me a time slot which they adhered to and were equally as patient as I was undecided to exactly where to place it at first. This is a family owned and run business and one where they care about their customer. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have had excellent service from Algram Ballymena from the purchase of the furniture to delivery. Very courteous and helpful staff in the store and an extremely hard-working team delivering the goods. Customer care as it should be.

Algram delivered our ROM Tasman corner sofa and took away our old sofa all free of charge. The delivery man & lady were simply charming. The sofa arrived quicker than expected and looks stunning. Service throughout has been exceptional - would highly recommend the whole team.

Our grey leather corner sofa has been much admired and although there was a little wait for our leather bar stools they were so worth it. Shop floor staff and the delivery team were all excellent. We hope to visit the store again in the very near future.

Friendly staff. With a genuine knowledge of their products..which by the way are top top quality.. was a pleasure to shop here yet again and would recommend them not only for product range , friendly staff, but the quality and up to date range of thier furniture.. not cheap.. but then again i didnt want CHEAP.!.. thats why we have shopped here many times and will continue to do so.
