When looking for something that little bit special Algrams the place to go .Purchased 2 sofas and 100% happy with service.Darius made sure we were completely satisfied with quality and service of both sofas.Thanks again for a good service.

I recently purchased a mattress (over the phone/email) with the assistance of Austin. He was very helpful; the delivery was organised quickly to Dublin; and done very efficiently. There was a slight misstep on their end and was immediately remedied with no hassle.

They really must have the hardest working delivery workers in the business. It is thankless work and I'm appreciative of how they managed to somehow move the new mattress and remove my old one from my "efficient use of space" house.

If only the in-store customer service matched that of the delivery staff.

They refused to recognize their oversight (failed to inform us that the riser recliner had arrived at their warehouse pre Christmas which denied my 96 year old Mother of her Christmas present). The staff were extremely defensive & much more importantly very OFFENSIVE.

Will not use again. Rated two stars based on friendly helpful delivery staff only. Would strongly recommend that they take customer care training from their warehouse/ delivery staff.

Visited Algram today to look for a table and chairs for our new kitchen. Austin could not have been more helpful and was totally professional. Fantastic experience all round. Thoroughly recommend.

Sofa and chairs are perfect.
Service overall was excellent.
Delivery to Galway was on time.
The two delivery lads were very courteous and extremely helpful.

We ordered a table from Algram In August. Austin was professional, friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The table was delivered yesterday and was not what I thought I had, or intended to, order. I was really disappointed and rang the store. Austin could not have been more helpful, did not abdicate responsibility and reassured me that I would not be left disappointed. True to his word he arranged for the table to be collected and re-ordered another. True gentleman who provided excellent customer service which is clearly the ethos of Algrams

Excellent all round. The sofa even arrived a month early!

My mum spent nearly £10,000 on products from this company.

We had an issue with the mechanism on the electric foot rest on the sofa as some someone sat on it….our fault.

Contacted sales person to see if we can get it fixed, get a part etc who said they would get in contact with us and send someone out. 2 weeks later no one contacted us.

Phoned up again and sent emails with pictures to see if someone could help us fix it…as I stated that they would come across this problem before and point us in the right direction etc

3 more emails later and still no reply

Called in and explained all….said they would be in touch and be able to help. Nearly 2 weeks later and still nothing

It’s like….they like to take our money (nearly £10,000) but forget about any after service….very very poor indeed

I popped in to look at suites but found bar stools intead. Austin was very helpful explained current promotion and delivery schedule. Payment process very straightforward and a phone call from Annie to say items had arrived and was very helpful in arranging a delivery slot. My wife and I are delighted with another purchase from Algrams.

I ordered a new bed from Algram Ballymena. They recommended Enchanted beds. I can honestly say this bed is amazing so supportive and comfortable. It definitely was an excellent choice. The bed was delivered, assembled in the bedroom and all packaging removed by very pleasant delivery staff who were very polite and courteous.

Algram are true professionals. Darius helped us to configure the options for the two Sits Valentin sofas we ordered from them and then Philip had them delivered on time! What a great company to deal with.
