We brought a new sofa back in feb and spent a few thousand on it. A couple of months ago we noticed that on the back of the sofa was starting to look worn. And the leather was peeling off. We contacted the store and the said they will send somebody out. When the gentleman came out he stated that it had been worn by being rubbed constantly. We explain to him that we did not rub it and that it could be a fault with the sofa. We stated that if that was the case that it had been rubbed why hasn’t the part of the sofa not the same where we use the recliner. We expressed to him that under no circumstances that myself or my partner are brushing past that part of the sofa so he said he will send someone out to fix it when the chap came out to fix it he didn’t even match the correct colours and when he finished we told him we was not happy with the work but he stated it will take 24 hours to dry when it dried the colour was totally different and some parts off it has turned blue and the leather is peeling off we reported this back at the shop and sent them more photographs of the damage the gentleman came out today and stated that it’s been rubbed. There is no way that this damage would occur even if we did rob it because we would hath to constantly stand there seven days a week 24 hours a day and rub it non-stop obviously we do not do this he also stated that you have to go for the ombudsman or go to court the sofa it’s not even 12 months old we believe that there is a fault with this sofa but they are not prepared to sort it out except to accuse us of lying they were quick in taking our money wow are thousands of pounds but they refuse to do anything apart from blame you for the damage the service That we have received is very poor below standard and to be quite honest quite appalling.

I purchased a lovely corner leather sofa. There was a good choice of options that were on the website and a wide range of pieces available to see in the showroom. Infection control measures in place made it possible to call in. It was ordered in June and arrived last week of October. The impact of COVID-19! Although I understand the unusual circumstances, when the 6-8 week agreed timeframe changed it would have been nice to have had a courtesy update. My reason for the 4 stars was not the impact of Covid, rather the communication of this. I phoned and requested an email update to keep me posted, but never received this. I had to keep phoning every few weeks & discovered at one stage that orders were combined to save on shipping. I was happy with the delivery team service and the purchase itself. I was disappointed in the poor communication and that no acknowledgement was made of the excessive delay for a significant high value item, including an additional week after the item arrived with Algram before I was slotted in for delivery. Not everything can be blamed on Covid. A simple gesture like a leather cleaning kit or suchlike would have made me likely to shop again.

Fantastic range of modern, high quality furniture in showroom. Valued all the expert and honest advice when it came to choosing best option materials and finish to suit our existing decor and lifestyle. The delivery team were very efficient and nothing was too much trouble.

Very professional and attentive.
Only negative was slight delay on delivery from manufacturer in Italy but perhaps unfair due to reduced workforce due to COVID issues.
I would recommend them.
