We had been searching for a new suite; two settees and two armchairs. Algram was the first and only place we could see anything we really liked, and we were spoiled for choice. Algram gave us plenty of time and good advice and in the end, we settled (excuse the pun) for a corner settee and two reclining chairs. Excellent service all round! We made our purchase just prior to Christmas 2020 and were given expected delivery dates for end of March/start of April. The furniture we chose was made in Italy, so with the announcement of the latest surge of Covid in Italy and the subsequent additional lockdown measures, we prepared ourselves for a delay. In spite of this, our new suite arrived on Good Friday. You never really know if you've made the right choice until you see it in situ. The suite we ordered looks really good and it's so comfortable. It was a great choice, but we'd never have gone for that particular suite without Algram's guidance. Thank you Algram. We'll be back again when you're open to the public - the new suite makes a few items of our existing furniture (bookcase, small tables etc.) look out of place, so we would like to replacement them with something more suitable. Hope to see you soon.

I am very pleased with my bar stools.I love the comfort, material and colour and had a good choice to choose from.I went for the more expensive ones because they were Italian leather but luckily I only needed four! I will shop again at Algram when I’m looking for a new suite of furniture.

Bought an Electric bed and it's fantastic. Delivery was arranged to suit us and they installed and left everything tidy. The showroom is great and I look forward to visiting the new part when they reopen.

Salesmen were very patient with me choosing which colour of leather sofa I wanted once I’d decide on the style . I didn’t feel hurried at all . Changed my mind a couple of times !
