Algram Ballymena Avis

Excellent service throughout, right down to delivery. A quality product a reasonable price

Excellent and efficient service both at the store and delivery of the goods

I had a bed base delivered yesterday. The two people who delivered it were very friendly and efficient—-especially the female!

Very pleased with our purchase. Staff are friendly and helpful. Delivery and assembly of furniture was flawless too. Thank-you Algram!

We are over the moon with our purchases from Algram. Right from our very first visit to your showroom we were ‘sold’. We visited many times before finally deciding on a burnt orange sofa, spectacular corner swivel chair, stunning trillium kitchen table, 8 hazelnut chairs and 4 matching island unit stools.
Each time we visited we were dealt with kindly and patiently. There was no hard sell. Well you don’t need to do you really when you stock products like Algram!
We have now completed a renovation project that has been very close to our hearts and I can honestly say that what Algram has contributed has finally made a building site a home.
Thank you Austin and Darius for your invaluable advice, patience, good humour and professionalism. If we do it again, you’re in!!
May we also thank the delivery team who quietly and unobstrusively unpacked and assembled the furniture; positioning it perfectly so that nothing even needed to be moved!
All of you - the Dream Team!

Very professional, friendly Service backed up by top quality products, Very happy with all our purchases ...

Excellent service . We have used this shop many times and they are very efficient.

Great service. Great product.

We bought two chairs ( Himola ) and got them for a good price, which is why we travelled from Bangor to Ballymena , as well as the service which was excellent, the delivery was prompt and the team were first class . Would definitely buy there again .

We purchased a mattress on this occasion but have used Algram previously for other furniture including a bed. Once again the staff were incredible and the service impeccable! First class each time. We would very highly recommend Algram for all your furniture requirements!

Quality furniture. Very helpful in showroom and took time and patience when selecting new sofas. Excellent delivery service and delivery staff efficient and polite. Left area spotless and removed all packaging. Minor adjustment required and rectified within 24 hours.

We visited Algram in Ballymena in September 2020 and bought a TV cupboard/stand and a 5ft Hearboard.
We were very pleased with the transaction and with the friendliness of the staff. We have bought articles before from Algram so this was a return visit - evidence of our satisfaction with their goods and their business.

We visited the stunning Algram showroom today and received warm, proffessional ,extremely helpful and attentive assistance from Philip. We are demanding customers but Philip answered all our challenging queries and we are going to follow up with an order from Algrams ,unique to Northern Ireland with their ultra modern quality offerings.
We had our young son with us and he was made feel inclusive.
We wish Algram well in the launch of their planned revamping of their showroom in approx. 6 weeks times.
