May I take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Algram Furniture, Ballymena for a stress free transaction in relation to my purchase of a Natuzzi 3-2-1 leather suite. The order was placed in March 2020 and whilst the 3 and 2 sections of the suite were in stock, the single electric reclining armchair had to be ordered from Italy. Delivery was quoted as 12 weeks but due the Covid 19 and lockdown it turned out to be 24 weeks, however we were kept 'in the loop' at all times. Upon arrival the suite was delivered and installed within 2 days by the extremely helpful and pleasant delivery team and was certainly worth the wait. I have nothing but praise for all the Algram staff involved. ..... 5 star + all the way .......... ORDER WITH CONFIDENCE !

Shopping at Algram was a pleasure. Helpful, friendly and efficient staff and a really wide choice. I was looking for a leather sofa and found exactly what I was looking for ( with a lot of patience from Darius, who was great! ). Covid 19 lockdown meant a delay on receiving the mattress but when available was delivered punctually and their team helped take away the old one... so good service !

Salesman was very helpful, spending time discussing options of colours , fabric etc. Although delivery of suite was delayed due to Covid, once it arrived in the store I only had to wait 1 day for delivery. Excellent customer service.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience at Algram in Ballymena. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful regarding colour for my chairs (mud faux leather and sand legs) which would best suit my kitchen and very pleasant. Best of all I love my Bontempi Clara chairs. The delivery team were excellent. So helpful. Thank you.

Recently bought a new sofa from Algram. Was kept informed of the delivery schedule. Delivery staff extremely helpful- took my old sofa out to the garage. The room was being decorated and the final position was not ready so delivery staff offered to come back to resite the new one as it wasn't easy to move.. Couldn't have been more helpful.
