Very friendly staff in store. When furniture ready for delivery very helpful sorting a day that suited us. Delivery staff phoned to let us know when arriving and arrived on time. Furniture assembled and packaging taken away. Could not fault any part of their service.

A visit to Algram is always a pleasant experience, the store is a credit the the management and full of high quality furniture. The sales staff are friendly and when the time is right give you a good deal.

Absolutely delighted with the service received from Algrams. Furniture is first class and expert advice from the very knowledgeable staff. They keep a great range of good quality furniture. If they don’t have something they will get it for you in whatever colour or fabric you wish. Algram’s delivery service is first class also. Francis and Heather will manage to get the largest of furniture squeezed through the smallest of doors.

Five stars for service, choice and quality of goods. We also needed a replacement for a table leaf which was not the fault of Algram and they dealt with it all in a very excellent professional manner, ensuring that we got a replacement from the supplier. Would highly recommend Algram Ballymena.....take time to visit their showroom and you won't be disappointed!
