Professional and Friendly
We received a very professional experience from Alhaq Travel and the responses from them was always very quick! In particular, our named rep, Laiba was lovely and made sure she listened to our needs and budget. She understood our needs and budget and created a well thought out plan for us. We will be going back to her when we try and go again later in the year, IA.

I had a very good experience with Al Haq Travel. I especially want to thank Shahbaz for his patience, his professionalism and his support throughout the whole process. Even though I was not very organised and quite overwhelmed at the beginning, he stayed calm, helpful and reassuring at all times.
At first, I was planning to travel to the UK to join the trip through the agency, but he actually made things much easier for me by arranging a more convenient travel option directly from Paris via Turkey to Saudi Arabia. He really tried to facilitate everything for me instead of making things more complicated, and I truly appreciated that.
There were also some payment difficulties between France and the UK, but despite that, he remained serious, patient and professional, and continued to support me until everything was sorted.
He genuinely made the whole process smoother and gave me confidence, and he was truly a sabab for me to be able to go for my Umrah. I’m very grateful for that. May Allah reward him for his efforts. I would definitely recommend this agency.
