I want to give a massive shout out and warm thank you to Zara as she went out of her own way to secure me my Umrah tickets for this Ramadan 2026 within my budget. Definitely recommend when you call this company, ask for Zara. She will make your Umrah journey as simple as possible!

I have dealt with these people first time, and I am really glad, I have met these people online. They did not let me down.

I would like to sincerely thank Maryam from Al Haq Travel Agency for organizing our first Umrah experience with my family. Everything was perfectly arranged and seamlessly coordinated, especially the transportation management in Makkah and Madinah.

Maryam secured an excellent hotel for us in Makkah, just 5 minutes away from the Haram entrance, which made our experience incredibly convenient and comfortable. Umrah guider and ziyarats were included in the package.

I would like to give special thanks to Maryam for her responsiveness, patience, and the level of excellence she delivered in making this trip such a success. She even checked in on us while we were there, which truly shows her care and dedication.

I would highly recommend Maryam and Al Haq Travel Agency to anyone planning their Umrah. They are truly trustworthy and reliable!

Irum was very helpful when I enquired about an umrah package for end of Ramadan! I gave her all my information and she responded to me promptly and made sure I was happy or if there was anything she could do to accommodate me with what I needed. Definitely recommend Alhaq especially Irum

I booked my parents’ first-ever Umrah through this company, and Alhamdulillah the experience was smooth and reassuring from start to finish.

A special thank you to Maryam, who assisted us at the beginning of the process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely supportive, making sure everything was clearly explained and handled with care, which really put our minds at ease, especially as it was my parents’ first time.

Shahbaz took over and was just as excellent. He was responsive, professional, and ensured all final arrangements were sorted without any stress. His communication and follow-up were outstanding.

Overall, the service was well-organised, trustworthy, and genuinely caring. We’re very grateful to the team for helping make such a special and spiritual journey memorable for my parents. Highly recommended for anyone planning Umrah, especially first-timers.

Right from the start of the booking Huda was so patient with me .she created a package that suited my needs. From the flight to booking a 5star hotel with my own room which was near the Haram to a fantastic private transport. And the price was very reasonable. Thank you Huda .I just wish you did Haj booking too.
Zaid and Fawzia.

Great help.

We recently returned from our Umrah trip and were extremely pleased with the service provided by Shahbaz. From start to finish, everything was very well organised - flights, hotels, and transport all ran smoothly. Both hotels were excellent, transport was always on time, and communication throughout was clear and reliable. Shahbaz was a fantastic point of contact and made the entire process stress-free. I never once had to chase anyone up, which really put my mind at ease.

At the beginning, I was a little nervous, but Shahbaz completely exceeded our expectations. He was professional, trustworthy, and genuinely caring. My whole family was very happy with the experience.

We would definitely use Shahbaz again in the future inshaAllah. I would highly recommend his services to anyone planning their Umrah.
