Alhaq Travel

Very good service.. Thank you Irum.

They were very helpful. I didn’t book through them but they had good services and would look into my tickets anytime throughout the day which is very good.

This is my second time with Alhaq Travel for travel Makkah to preform Umrah. Last time Ms Irum had organised all our travel plans and it was amazing and success. All arrangements were excellent and perfectly organized. She is really talented staff and too good on all sector like air ticket, hotel and transportation. overall she is extremely professional, supportive, and attentive to all our needs. Alhaq is lucky to have staff like her.

This time she has done the same. Thank you for that.
I highly recommend Alhaq Travel, especially Ms. Irum, for anyone planning Umrah or Haj from UK.

Went on a very premium package ummrah last year ramadhan which Marriam organised for us, she is an asset to Al haq travel agency. Very smart, responsive and her conduct was top class. We booked two rooms for Madina and Makkah, apart from not getting the booking reservation *HCN* numbers/codes for Madina hotel before arriving at Muna Al kareem, maryam was very efficient.

Did have issues with their transfer service althawfiq, out of the 3 drivers one extorted extra money from us, and one struggled to come into 5 star zamzam tower with his broken looking van, he couldn't get through security instead he had to bribe them to get in then demanded I reimburse him. Off course I refused.

Im liaising with Marriam again for ramadhan 2026 for services but not for 3rd party transfers in Saudi....

Excellent service provided by Mariam regarding my ramadan umrah booking. This is the third time I’ve used Alhaq Travel and Mariam delivers all the time. She provided a variety of options based on my budget and was always on hand to answer any questions.

This Umrah trip was truly the best experience of my life. All arrangements were excellent and perfectly organized. Airport pickup was on time, and the communication throughout the entire journey from departure until our return was fantastic.

My agent, Ms. Maryam, did an outstanding job. She was extremely professional, supportive, and attentive to all our needs. Hotels, ziarat, and every detail of the trip were arranged professionally and according to our requirements.

I highly recommend Alhaq Travel, especially Ms. Maryam, for anyone planning Umrah. An unforgettable and spiritually fulfilling experience.
