I placed an order on urgent basis yesterday and on the website it stated that my order will be shipped out and tracking number will be shared soon. As of now my order still shows processing. I have been reaching out to sales email address on their website and the only responses I have gotten as of now is that "we are currently taking a look at it". I dont know if I have been scammed but it's hard to believe that they cannot figure out the shipping and delivery timeline on their end.

This is the worst company we have ever ordered from. I ordered material (120 C Brackets)for a job. The site stated the brackets are 2 day shipping. I ordered on the 20th of the month at 8 am. We have not received our order today is the 27th. I get it, it happens. I called customer service multiple times. No one answers and you have to leave a message. They have not returned my phone calls. I have emailed the customer/sales email asking for tracking for at least four days now. Their only response:1) Hello, I am currently checking on this and will get back to you as soon as possible. 2) I apologize for the delay and I will forward this tracking information to you as soon as possible. It has been 7 days and we still have no information. They give me the same response and do not answer the phone.

The part I ordered ended up not fitting. I asked for a refund and they promptly provided one.

I placed an order for which they charged me. Indicated my order was good. And then over a week later canceled my order saying the item was discontinued. It was readily available on their website and they were happy to take my order. Very disappointing

I placed an order with this site after finding it in Google Shopping. TrustPilot reviews were good, so I went ahead. There was no estimated delivery date, so I wrote the company to ask when I would receive the order. They said they would check and get back to me. There was no further response until, 6 days later, I wrote again. Then they said it was "currently marked to ship out within the next 1-2 business days." 9 days later, I have still not received it. I'm not yet certain if I have been defrauded or just lied to, but either way I will not be using this site again.

PS: After posting the review the company acted quickly to ship the product and provide compensation for the delay. That showed character. I'd have preferred attention before posting, but they did make it right.
