Everything went very smoothly and it would appear the product is just what I was looking for. My only gripe would be that it took a tad longer than preferred to arrive. Other than that, great experience!

Easy to order, products arrived in a timely manner. The only thing I would suggest is to have an email sent stating when product will be shipped and a tracking number.

Finding the exact product I needed was very easy. I didn't have a part number, but that didn't prevent me from getting what I needed. Shipping was fast, and the product was exactly as listed on the site.

Defective
The doorbell overheated and burned up three transformers. I had my electrician out 3 times to fix the line. He told me the doorbell was overheating and was defective. The wiring had 12 v/amps and was still active. The doorbell would come on initially and I was able to program it then it was hot and would go off completely.
Disappointed the first did not work and caused me so much trouble. I am going to try a new one and pray it works like it is supposed to.
The company is refunding my money.

This place is a joke, they are operating out of their house, there is no warehouse. You can call, once you finally find a phone number, but of course you'll never speak to whoever is in charge of this scam operation. Parts were ordered and paid for with CC, no reply, no response from them, no ETA, nothing.

I was previously unfamiliar with the battery backup that our garage door opener requires, but I was able to find it easily at Alldataresources.com and my order arrived quickly and in great shape!

I will keep the website handy for any other such needs that arise - amazing array of other electrical items that I’m currently unfamiliar with.

Needed a single low cost item that others were distributing in 10 packs. Worth the shipping I thought, and then they refunded the shipping. I’m retired and don’t use these products much anymore but Alldataresource is in my contact list now!

I was disappointed that my order took too long to ship. I had to email to find out my order status. Come to find out, it was never sent to shipping

Great customer service, I emailed customer service to find out why I was being charged regular price instead of the discount price online and gladly was reimbursed the discount offered online. My order(s) all arrived in time, exactly what I'd read in the description of each product I purchased and shipping was delivery on time as they marked on the emails after placing my order(s). Overall, I'm truly satisfied and I'll come back as one of my priority sellers for my future needs in video surveillance.
