No response for order and shipment , no answer for phone and email I place order on 6/16/25, send email and call leave message , no call back or return email

Good product, delivery and service.

Very fast service and quality merchandise

Hard to find product at a fair price.

Website and ordering was easy and straight forward. They shipped the next day and I had the smoke sensor in three days.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a $400 security equipment 6/6/25 at 12:45pm but received an email saying order was placed on hold. I accidentally mixed up the billing and shipping address (I moved). I called AllDataResource, selected #2 but automated voice said "no representatives were available to take my call" before it even started to ring... After leaving a voicemail, I emailed them what happened with the correct info. They got back to me as "Vision Ecom LLC" saying they would correct the info. They never corrected the shipping info but they made sure to correct the billing info. The item was shipped 4 days after speaking to them and I realized it was going to the other address I emailed them and they said "I thought I did let me check," and never got back to me while continuing to ignore me. I had to pay $60 to have the item mailed to my address. I let them know and they said they would refund the shipping expense. Received and receipt but never any money and now they're completely ignoring me another $37 shipping charge was added because of reasons unknown.

If you already order something just cancel it before they ship.

Some of the great things about All Data Resource, As you see they finally responded to me which I'm grateful for. They do have a fast response time, though customer service and detailed info on what is going on and how they will proceed need work. I'm also grateful they refunded the $60 and $37 shipping correction fees. I have also received my order the box was beat up but thankfully the equipment was undamaged and working.

Now, they are leaving out info I think potential customers should know about. For one, it's seems to be instant on my end too. When they first refunded the $60 it was retracted by them I called my bank for proof as well as have a $40 refund that stayed on there from a few hours after my first review 3 days ago till this very day June 19th. Regardless both the $60 and $40 shipping fees have been successfully refunded.

2. They responded to my review first before actually responding to my email like it should've been in the first place. Sad it takes a review to get their attention when they had a few days to respond to my email. They tried to blame me like I don't have receipts of our emails and times. The sad thing for companies that don't have people on the phone to take a calls is emails are left as evidence.

3. Yes I mixed up the billing and shipping info as I already told them and you reading this review. What they failed to clarify is that the order did not process because the order was placed on hold because the billing info was incorrect. So the order couldn't have processed since there were no funds being sent until after they corrected the billing info. I literally called, left a voicemail and emailed them on the mistake and with the correct info not even 20 min after receiving the "order placed on hold" email. Which was on the same day the order was made. They had plenty of time to correct the mistake and I was patient enough to wait and trust them. While I waited all I did was ask for some clarifying questions for details on the matter which they responded to generically and vaguely. A simple "yes, we will be that corrected it will take a blank amount of time for the info to be corrected by us, or our billing department. In the mean time feel free to reach out to us with any concerns."

I will be giving them 3 stars. I understand this wouldn't have happened if I had the correct billing and shipping address but I gave them ample time while I received vague responses. I know these are rough, busy times but their customer service needs some help and training. I won't be doing business with them again. If you have an issue make sure you email AllDataResource.com (don't bother calling) be patient but ask for more info on how things are going to be handled when they do respond.

here we go again these folks sent me a new email on 6/3 stating that my item had ARRIVED to them and it was was shipping out to me today 6/6 an order placed over 6 months ago and yet again another excuse they love to blame the manufacturer for everything that they mess up on. my part is available with the manufacturer i called the on 6/3 to verify availability and they stated stock was available. these people are a joke.

I had to order a special alarm sensor. They had it in stock and shipped it right away. I had it in less than a week.

They shipped the part out next business day.

This thing saved my daughter from having a hole in there ceiling. I went to install a ceiling fan to find it was the only room in the house that had 12 in on center rafter where the fan needed to go. It worked great and not my daughter's can stay nice in cool in the desert summers.

Very easy to install and product arrived true to scheduled date.

Came when it was supposed to and was the right part.

Items arrived on time and in great shape.
Will order from here again .

Great experience! I need a specific carbon monoxide detector in this place is the only one that I could find it at a reasonable price. Order process was easy and it came in quickly. 10/10 would recommend.
