I’ve justtransferred my business…

I’ve just transferred my business account to Allica. It couldn’t have been easier.. The team offer a very personal service and I was guided through the complete process of setting up and switching.
Interest rates are excellent and the website and app intuitive secure and easy to use

Amazing

Henok and Boni have been extremely helpful. They guided me through the process and have been very responsive to any questions I have had. As a result I have referred them to a charity I am a trustee of and they have also signed up. The set up was very easy and I love the fact we can control the trustee access and dual authority from within the Internet portal. Everyone loves it so far. The Internet banking app is so easy to use. A great bank and fantastic customer experience.

Added fees within 2 months and no relationship management

I transferred 5 business bank accounts across to Allica based on having free accounts, a releationship manager and ease of access online. That was December 2025. Since Feb 2026, they introduced £25 fees per month, per account, the relationship manager has been off since I was transferred across, and I am now in the process of transferring everything back to the previous bank. I also found that integrations are not as good as the other banks. Don't waste your time with these guys. They make you stand on the rug before they pull it from beneath you.

We aim to make our Business Rewards Account straightforward and rewarding, so we appreciate you sharing your feedback around the recent fee changes. To help us continue offering the benefits included with the account, customers whose balance falls below an average of £10,000 in the previous month now incur a £25 monthly fee.

We’re also sorry to hear that the integrations and online experience haven’t met your expectations. We’d like to understand more about what’s happened here. If you’re open to it, please reply to our request for more information via Trustpilot so we can look into this properly.

Are they for real?

Are they for real? They will need you to have at least 4 properties and you need to share all of those property details to discuss the mortgage for one property. Can you imagine such companies exists?

Excellent onboarding experience with Allica Bank. Anna was incredibly responsive throughout the process and made setting up our business account smooth and straightforward. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. Highly recommend for any business looking for a responsive, professional banking partner.

Customer service 100%

After trying to open an account for our small company for almost 12 months with a high street bank, Ben has been an absolute star and assisted us with successfully setting up an account Allica. Nothing was too much trouble for him - out of hours phone conversations, prompt responses to messaging and emails, even researching to understand our business so he could explain it to his colleagues. Excellent service

I have been assisted by Simon Loft, the National Key Account Manager and Boni Chakanyuka a Partnership Associate during the set up of my Business Rewards account. Both have been excellent, very knowledgeable.
Would definitely recommend!

Henok has been great from the get go

Henok has been great from the get go. Our business accounts and general support has been on a 1 to 1 basis. Henoks continued support makes things easy for us as a business as we can just pick up the phone and discuss things directly. Clarity and understanding when banking is always a bonus!

Allica Bank - amazing

The experience with Allica has been first class from start to finish. Dan Kilsby, in particular, has been amazing. He’s communication and attention to detail have been impeccable. The whole process has been smooth. It’s how banking should and was traditionally. When Dan went away on holiday, the team handled matters expertly - from Eugene to the customer support was very much appreciated.

Much easier than you think!

Much easier and more seamless than I expected and Ayan Butt my initial advisor was super knowledgeable! The app is quicker and less fiddly than Lloyds, no more card readers, over 4% on my cash balance and significantly less fees when paying people in Europe. Thank you!
