I’ve justtransferred my business…
I’ve just transferred my business account to Allica. It couldn’t have been easier.. The team offer a very personal service and I was guided through the complete process of setting up and switching.
Interest rates are excellent and the website and app intuitive secure and easy to use

Henok and Boni have been extremely helpful. They guided me through the process and have been very responsive to any questions I have had. As a result I have referred them to a charity I am a trustee of and they have also signed up. The set up was very easy and I love the fact we can control the trustee access and dual authority from within the Internet portal. Everyone loves it so far. The Internet banking app is so easy to use. A great bank and fantastic customer experience.

Added fees within 2 months and no relationship management
I transferred 5 business bank accounts across to Allica based on having free accounts, a releationship manager and ease of access online. That was December 2025. Since Feb 2026, they introduced £25 fees per month, per account, the relationship manager has been off since I was transferred across, and I am now in the process of transferring everything back to the previous bank. I also found that integrations are not as good as the other banks. Don't waste your time with these guys. They make you stand on the rug before they pull it from beneath you.

Are they for real? They will need you to have at least 4 properties and you need to share all of those property details to discuss the mortgage for one property. Can you imagine such companies exists?

The experience with Allica has been first class from start to finish. Dan Kilsby, in particular, has been amazing. He’s communication and attention to detail have been impeccable. The whole process has been smooth. It’s how banking should and was traditionally. When Dan went away on holiday, the team handled matters expertly - from Eugene to the customer support was very much appreciated.

Much easier and more seamless than I expected and Ayan Butt my initial advisor was super knowledgeable! The app is quicker and less fiddly than Lloyds, no more card readers, over 4% on my cash balance and significantly less fees when paying people in Europe. Thank you!
