The good and the bad
On the negative side Alpha doesn't send any reminders that my boiler needs servicing and when I phoned them I was told they would phone me back. A week later I had to phone them again and this time said they would phone me back and did a couple of days later. The people I talked with were polite and helpful but I think that as I am in the care plan a reminder is a must.
On the plus side, once the service was arranged, everything went smoothly. The engineer called to let me know what time he was arriving. He arrived when he said he would and his work was quick clean and efficient. No complaints.

Fixing our broken boiler
Rob, the Alpha engineer was extremely helpful in finding the problem with our boiler and getting it back into operation. All done inside 20 minutes. We thoroughly recommend the service provided

Our female engineer called before arrival, arrived as scheduled, was polite, friendly, efficient and professional, as always.
