My orders are delivered usually between 5 and 15 days, sometimes maybe longer. Corporate order system is a joke. Don't recommend.

Am mai dat o nota de 1 dar nu o găsesc. Și-au bătut joc de comanda mea (un set wc), de timpul meu, de sănătatea mea. Nu îmi ofereau informații despre comanda mea și îmi țineau banii blocați. După 2 săptămâni de comunicare deficitară și dubioasă, mi-au dat mesaj ca pare ca exista o defecțiune la produsul pe care l-am comandat. Cu toate ca înainte de asta au scos produsul din catalog. Deci dacă existau aceste defecțiuni au știut o săptămână timp în care mi-au blocat banii și si-au bătut joc de mine. Tipul de la relații cu clienții e un incompetent, înțeleg ca o fi firma nasoală și el încearcă să stingă focurile, dar ce face e să pună benzină pe foc. Și cireașă de pe tort, mi-au zis ca politica firmei e sa șteargă recenziile negative de pe site-ul lor pe motiv ca nu sunt conforme termenilor și condițiilor lor. Te uiți la termeni și condițiile lor și nu au nimic scris despre asta. Mi-au dat banii înapoi după scandaluri și eforturi mari din partea mea ca să îmi recuperez paguba. Îi voi raporta zilele astea la protecția consumatorului și recomand tuturor celor care au avut aceste experiențe oribile să procedeze la fel.

Order placed and payed in 22.08.2024, and after several call I makes, Altex informed me in 03.09.2024 they don't have the product and...they will give my money back...in a few days.

They did not send me what I payed for.

Comanda livrata fara jumatate din produse. Dupa 6 apeluri tot spun ca o sa livreze ce lipseste dar mint in continuare. Nu este de incredere.

După doua saptamani in care au tot amanat livrarea, mi s-a spus că acea comandă a fost anulata in urma cu o saptamana, eu nu am fost anuntat de acest lucru, sper doar să imi primesc banii inapoi si sa nu mai aud de ei

Cea mai proasta companie,trimit produse defecte pe care refuza sa ti le primeasca retur, daca le lasi review pe pagina lor la produs, nu ti-l accepta!! Nu mai comandati nimic de la ei, riscati sa ramaneti fara bani si cu un produs inutil iar cei de la departamentul de retur va ignora total, chiar daca le dai informatii, desfasurator telefonic, ca i-ai apelat in termen pentru retur!
Degeaba sunt inregistrate apelurile telefonice,nu va ajuta la nimic!

You buy something what should arrive im 2-3 days and after 15 days you are still waiting for your product.
Nobody has any ideea where it is.

Horrible experiente with Altex, the customer support is a bad joke. I received the ordered refrigerator with 3 weeks delay from the date communicated for delivery when I made the command. All this time I called the customer support many times...no information. They do not know when and IF the delivery will be done.
More than this, I asked them to change my phone number în the system, because the that number belongs to the company where I used to work. Mission impossible. After 3 weeks and a lot of calls to the call center, still the number is not changed and the delivery guys sent the details of the delivery on that number and called for delivery on that number...

This shop is a piece of junk. You’re being told in the store to place the order as you’re there and to pay for it as well, as you’ll have priority in delivery, but they’re just a bunch of liars. You’ll end up in having your money blocked, no answer to any attempt to get in touch with them being it by email, phone, messenger or any other contact form, and no product delivered or any other information in regards to your order or when will be delivered. Stay far away from this shop/seller if you want to avoid time and money lost and complaints to the competent authorities. Altex România = The worst services!

Livrare întârziată.
Comanda făcută acum 2 luni,încă nu am primit voucher rabla. Am sunat de mai multe ori,nu s-a rezolvat nimic.
Foarte neserioși.
Nu mai cumpăr nimic de la ei.

Zero suport clienti.
Comenzi livrate intre 10 si 16 zile minim.
Daca faci retur te duci in 30 zile pana mai vezi produsul sau banii.
Au prea multi clienti si isi bat joc de clienti. (comanda ATX000041017720 si ATX000041011669)Nu recomand!

Am avut o experiență extrem de neplăcută cu Altex referitor la comanda ATX000041188763. Deși comanda a fost plătită integral, nu am primit factura. Am contactat serviciul de call center, iar doamna Tatulescu Florentina a refuzat să îmi ofere un număr de telefon al unei persoane cu putere de decizie pentru a discuta problema livrării produsului meu.

Aveam nevoie urgentă de acest produs deoarece urmează să plec din țară pentru o lună și aveam nevoie de trolerul comandat. Atitudinea doamnei de la call center a fost total nepotrivită pentru cineva angajat să ajute clienții. Nu a avut nicio informație despre livrare sau lipsa facturii și repeta aceleași fraze fără să mă ajute în vreun fel. A refuzat categoric să îmi ofere un număr de telefon pentru a putea vorbi cu cineva cu putere de decizie.

Pentru a arăta lipsa de profesionalism a reprezentantei de la call center, am căutat pe internet firma și am sunat direct. Cei de la firmă mi-au oferit detalii clare și precise: comanda mea, fiind plasată cu o zi înainte, se procesează după ora 12, iar factura este emisă de ei. Aceste informații nu au fost oferite de doamna Tatulescu, deși ar fi trebuit să știe și să îmi comunice acest lucru.

Această experiență m-a dezamăgit profund și mă face să mă gândesc de două ori înainte de a mai comanda de la Altex. Serviciul pentru clienți ar trebui să fie mult mai informat și să ofere soluții reale, nu să repete fraze învățate pe de rost fără să rezolve problema clientului.

I ordered a tv an i received it broken... In 2 july i sent it back and I didn't get my money back or an answear.

They deliver with huge delays and they have poor customer service
The air con I order was not delivered after 4 days since the promised delivery date. I had to cancel the installation, lost the advance payment and have to wait 1 more month at least for the next spot available for having the product installed. Called 4 times the customer relations contact center buy they do not have the tools to really help customers, they can only apologise and forward the complaint to “other departments”. Money, time and energy lost with this company. Very poor service, try to avoid them.

În data de 19.07.2024 am lăsat o recenzie pentru un aparat de Aer condiționat Hisense APH12QC și este încă în așteptare. La fel în așteptare din 24.06.2024 este si echipa de service Altex care probabil este foarte ocupata...

Order ATX00040600345 from 15/07/24 : A/C set + assembly + transportation

They took the money, they said the order was sent to the carrier (Cargus), and, after a period, they said the order is confirmed only partially, as no A/C set in stock. No mention about any refund in their email.
They cancelled the A/C set, but I was supposed to pay for the rest of the order, I mean the transport and the assembly.
Impossible to have something in written, to confirm the refund ; no refund for the moment, for anything.
They coud have only blocked the money in my bank, and release it, if indeed no marchendise in stock.
In my opinion, it is a MO, to get and use some (a lot of) money from the clients, instead of borrowing from the banks.
So, company in trouble, causing trouble, therefore AVOID !
