Deer frequently visit our gardens here…
Deer frequently visit our gardens here on Vashon so not wanting, or able to afford a huge fence, the garden cover I purchased was perfect! Nice entry through two zippered flaps and fairly easy to move. A pretty big wind will dislodge the stakes that come with it so a couple bricks at either end helped stabilize the cover. The cover was delivered quickly as well. Excited to grow all my veggies protected from deer nibbles!

Poor customer return response
I ordered a new top for my now 3 year old gazebo and after struggling on your website to find am exact match I guessed at the one that most closely resembled mine. It is not a match When i called a service rep she informed me that I ordered the wrong one and there is no return or refund coming even though your website states 30 days for both. disappointed in her response I forwarded a text response stating the same thing and and never heard back from your company. Easily the worst customer support group I've ever dealt with and I don't understand why that is tolerated

The coop took me far longer than I…
The coop took me far longer than I thought it would!! (I did it 90% by myself and I painted it because I didn't want a red one). Very easy to put together, directions are well written. I added 1/2 inch hardware cloth and added extra predator protection. I love how it turned out and the chickens like it too!!

My package delivered and placed IN the…
My package delivered and placed IN the street in front of my garage for anyone to steal! Instead they left it there for me to lug a 35lb package to the door! Luckily I had a neighbor pick it up before I got home from work at 6pm! What kind of delivery people do you have working for your company? Lazy ones obviously! If they can't carry 35lbs TO a front door then don't hire them, very irresponsible! I have a picture to show precisely where it was left, it's too bad I can't post it here.
