Kitty didn't have but less than 2 minutes to put a hole in it, leaked everywhere . I got mine thru Amazon tho and knew it was cheap product not only because of the very low price but because it came from China. Saw a buyer mentioned Facebook ad...BEWARE..99% OF ADS ARE SCAMS ON FACEBOOK NEVER EVER TRUST THEM UNTIL YOU GO DIRECTLY TO THAT BUSINESS OFFICIAL WEBSITE TO READ REVIEWS. DO NOT BE SCAMMED!

It was popped and leaking in no time flat. bummer!

Dont order this!!! They added $60 more to my order that I did not approve and would not cancel or credit it back in addition I never got any product!! Customer service said oops must be the problem of ups contact them.. no further action.. now I'm 90 bucks down and no product!!

Got it. Cats are terrified of it. Won't hold air. More fun with an empty box or a paper/plastic bag. Don't bother buying it. Supposed to be free. Shipping over $20. Ordered a small book as well. Book never came and definitely feel like I got screwed!!!!

Placed my order. Never received product. They claimed it was delivered. NOT...no refund either.

I had purchased an item from them and when I went to complete the order it went from 25.00 to 85.00, I had sent multiple emails and no response back from them! No phone number to call them, only an email address to respond to them. All they responded back was to thank me for my order!

Wish I found this site before ordering!!! At least I did receive it unlike so many others leaving reviews. Took my 1 year old cat about 25 seconds after he actually got on the mat playing to try to grab “fish” inside and hole number 1 has arrived. Note- I did trim the cats claws before I put him on it but it did not matter.

I was looking at the website and thinking about buying this. I did enter my credit card number because they were offering a free toy. You just had to pay shipping before. I hit accept all of a sudden, I was getting a better product and costing me from free to $80. I had tried to cancel immediately, and they told me it was already too late. They said that they would give me a 30% reduction. If I kept it or send it back and they would give me a full refund. I sent it back and they received it with my post staff on April 14th. It is now April 24th. And they are not responding to my emails. For my refund.

Terrible, cheap product that I received that was way to small for my cat. I paid $40 for an upgraded green pet carrier but never received it. I have contacted Aqua Cats again and again to request a refund and keep being lied to by customer service. Do not deal with this company!!!

I never received the mat I ordered at all, sent many emails to the shipping company they use to send it back. Once it was sent back I had asked multiple times for a refund, only for this dumb company to say "we're sending you a new one"

It seems like they don't care about the customer at all and don't want to listen when asked for a refund. Run don't walk away from this company

I had a horrible experience with this company and it would take me a long time to go through all the details, right from the time of placing my order, to the delivery, to the product being faulty, to no answer from them and then saying they would refund me 30% of my order and never, ever would refund it or respond. Now the link is blocked and it says it may be a false company and there's no other way to contact them as they won't respond to my email, even though they offered to refund 30%. BUYER BEWARE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I am not happy with this company. I ordered a calming ad for my cat on November 22, 2025. According to Shop, it was never shipped! I no loinger have a need fr this product. I've tried cntacting aaua catsw by email and I got two options, keep the product aqnd get 30% refund r redturn thed product for a fulkl refund. I can't return something I never received. It's like a bot that is responding to my emails. I jiust want my money back.

When I placed an order for calming/cooling mat, they automatically changed it to a large size, which I did not want. I tried to cancel it but they stated it had already been shipped, which was not true.
I've tried calling them, emailing them, no luck.
I will not contact my credit card company..Do not purchase from this company

I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company.

After placing my order, I received a “failed delivery attempt” notice along with a tracking number (UL014066727YP) that does not exist or cannot be found in any tracking system. This raises serious concerns about whether the item was ever shipped at all.

I reached out to the company requesting clarification and a valid tracking number, but have received no response.

At this point, there is no proof of shipment, no working tracking information, and no customer support communication.

Proceed with caution—this experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning.

Don’t buy anything from this company, they misrepresent their product offering you buy one get one free, but you never get the second one. And then when you realize that it’s not feasible for your cat they want you to send it back to China at your expense!

The company placed an order of the water mat and I was just looking at the website. I purchased the stainless steel watering system and have no issues with it. However, the company attempted to automatically subscribe to water filters. I removed all bank cards from all sources related to Aqua Cats and in turn have received multiple emails about non-payment for the subscriptions that I did not agree to. My opinion is Do Not Buy Anything from this company as it is obvious the "plus sell" factor is probable. There are no returns nor actual customer support/service.

Terrible product. no quality at all. When I opened the portal to put water in it, the plastic portal separated from the floor of the mat so you can’t even put water in it. It’s ruined. There was no paperwork with it no instructions about how much water to put in it. There’s no place to call or email for returns or refunds and I want a refund. Terrible products and this was the $49 heavy duty one and it fell apart in my hands. I have photos of the poor quality.

Total scam. Advertising a free mat, after you put an order in they tell you it's for a cheap product they don't even have advertised. They ask you to pay a ridiculous amount for the product you originally thought you were ordering. Emailed them for a refund and got no response. Total scam. Stay away.

This company cannot do anything to improve because it does not want to. As another review said, it gets you to pay for the regular version, then tells you the "scratch proof" version costs more. It has a "cancellation" link that conveniently does not work and a phone number for Germany.
