Muy caro comparado con lo que se te ofrece, esperas infinitas, toboganes que te dejan la espalda roja y cierre a una hora que aún sigue haciendo demasiado calor.

Muy caro para lo pequeño que es

Fuimos con nuestra hija pequeña que quería visitarlo porque veía zarola kids. Valoración general demasiado caro para lo que es comparándolo con otros parques acuáticos que hay en Andalucia o el de Madrid. No volvería a este. El horario es ridículo de 10 a 17 h 67 € dos adultos una niña y además 5€ de parking
A demás es muy muy pequeño .

En estos momentos estoy en el sitio y…

En estos momentos estoy en el sitio y está malísimo pague más de 30 € por la entrada y voy a guardar la ropa y me dicen que toca pagar por guardar 8€ aparte los pago para no tener ya mal rollo y no dañar el día, después de 5 min llega un trabajador a decirme que tengo que pagar por la silla que eso no está incluido, aparte había ido averiguar y una cerveza vale 5€

Aqualand gran Canaria

Aqualand gran Canaria, water too cold, food overpriced and low quality. 6 euro extra for a sunbed. Outrageous prices all round ( we are irish). Dour staff. Go to the beach instead.

DANGEROUS, AVOID! (Aqualand Torremolinos/Malaga)

DANGEROUS, AVOID! Visited Aqualand Torremolinos/Malaga October 2024. This is the only water park ever visited where I didn't feel safe because the rides don't seem to be properly designed. First ride at "Conos" I fell off the floater and slammed my head on the wall, resulting in neck pain that lasted several weeks. At "Hurracan" the bottom of my wife's swimsuit was ripped, presumably by an uneven joint (meaning we are in practice riding over a cheese grater). Presented an official complaint to the park, never heard back...
If you're looking for a water park in this region, a safer option would be the two parks in Sevilla, we visited in other years and had no issues there.

Don’t waste your time or money.

£40 entry fee, £10 for a subbed to put your bags and stuff on. £10 if you want to walk around with your phone. £7 for a locker (waiting at least an hour to collect your stuff at the end of the day) £25 for fast track that’s if you want to go on all the slides. £18.50 for a reheated pizza. £5 for a watery Pepsi with 0 ice. (Probably because it already has so much water in it)

We got there and spent almost 3 hours queuing for our first slide. Almost half the day wasted. Member of staff who knew I didn’t have a fast track gave me an inflatable from someone who had just ridden down the slide then when I queue for 45 minutes to go down the slide I was told I had the wrong inflatable and I was in the fast track queue so I was forced back down the stairs even after explaining the woman told me to go this way… Fast trackers just take complete advantage of this and will go down the slide only to come running back up the stairs a minute later to go down the slide again before you’ve even had the chance to go down once. They’re happy to charge you almost £25 for a reheated pizza and a luke warm watered down Pepsi which you’re then forced to eat at your sun bed (if you’ve paid for one) as there if no seating area to eat at. After going on about 3 slides and not wanting to spend an hour or two queuing anymore we decided to go into the wave pool. Was told the waves would be on in 10 minutes by a lifeguard only to be told 25 minutes later that the wave pool machine has been broken all day. Not to mention that the water itself not only in the wave pool but in all the water on the slides etc is dirty, has muck in from the walkways, leaves, branches and feathers. I dread to think how dirty the water is.

I also read a review from July 2025 that a kid had his head smashed open and was required to attend hospital for stitches due to them sending a child down to quickly after the other one.

Honestly this was easily the worst day of my holiday, I feel like I wasted a whole day here when I could’ve opted on doing something else. Not to mention I spend the better part of about £150 for two people.. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before visiting there maybe I would’ve avoided it myself.

1.8 stars out 5 stars…

Pretty self explanatory how bad this place is. Anything below 3.5/5.0 and the place is questionable but 1.8/5.0 seems like the place should be shut down!

Do not recommend

Rubbish, would not recommend
My son went down the slide and another kid came straight after him and cut his head open 45 mins into our day . we had to leave site due to requiring stitches. No lifeguards .
Have emailed aqualand twice and had nothing back
Total disregard for safety of children
Really disappointed

Dejé un mojón en el baño que ahuyentó a todos los bichos

Ya en serio (aunque lo del mojón va en Serio) llevo unos 4 años yendo y no han mejorado nada, el fast pass vale 30 pavos lo cual lo infla más que la entrada, y es que es literalmente el capitalismo pero con más h20, al parecer producen más flotadores de fast pass que los normales y eso me toca mucho las bolas

Con tanta cola me he tirado solo unas 9 veces

Las pistas blandas parecía que era la segunda venida de cristo pero los del fast pass siempre iban primero

Aunque normal ellos no tienen cola, si es que comprar 2 fast pass es ser Bill Gates

Y con lo cara que está la comida y la bebida yo y mi familia nos hemos llevado nuestra propia comida, porque no es normal, Disneyland sale más barato

Cumpleaños

Fui con mi familia. Lo escogí para pasar el cumpleaños de mi hijo. El parque esta bien pero la mayoría de los salvavidas muy despistados. En la atracción de Rapids mi niño se salió del flotador y tuve que gritar para que me ayudaran pq estaban hablando entre ellos sin prestar atención. No explican como debes tirarte y hay atracciones en la que se requiere porque puedes hacerte daño. No repetiré.

One star is too much for this complete…

One star is too much for this complete shit hole of a place. So many kids getting hurt it's a complete rip off for the price. All the porridge reviews are right.. this place should be closed down.. money racket stay clear.. one of the staff members told me they have complained it too the director of this shit hole too close it down. What ye waiting for some child to be killed.. Is there any safety authorities in Spain. There probably getting paid out of it as well

Dolphins pool encounter

We recently visited Aqualand in Tenerife, and overall, it was a good experience! The water park itself was fantastic, with plenty of thrilling slides and relaxing pools to enjoy. We had a lot of fun splashing around and soaking up the sun.

However, I must share our disappointing experience with the dolphin pool encounter, which was meant to be the highlight of our visit. I was really looking forward to this once-in-a-lifetime experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations.

I paid 150 euros for this encounter, and I was hoping for a joyful and memorable time with the dolphins. However, the trainer was extremely loud and, to be honest, quite rude. Instead of creating a friendly atmosphere, he dominated the session with his harsh instructions, making it feel more like a shouting match than an enjoyable encounter with these lovely creatures.

During the session, we were touching the dolphins, and the trainer seemed unable to manage the group of seven people effectively. His shouting made it difficult to focus on the experience. At one point, he accused me of touching the dolphins' eyes, which I absolutely wasn’t doing. It was incredibly frustrating and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a delightful moment.

Even after the chief trainer apologized on behalf of the trainer, the experience was tainted by his arrogance and rude behavior. I truly wanted this to be a joyful occasion, but his loud voice and dominance turned it into a disaster.

In summary, while Aqualand itself is a fantastic water park, I cannot recommend the dolphin pool encounter. If you’re considering this experience, I suggest looking for alternatives or hoping for a different trainer. It’s a shame that such a beautiful opportunity was overshadowed by a negative interaction.

Niet het geld waard

Wij waren er om 9:45, het park ging om 10:00 maar eigenlijk meteen super lang in de rij moeten wachten voor de glijbanen. Je moest een half uur wachten op een band om vervolgens nog 45 minuten te wachten om überhaupt van de glijbanen te kunnen. Het eten was bizar duur en echt niet lekker. De patat was hard en koud van binnen, in de cola zat geen prik en de burgers waren super droog. Dit park is niet aan te raden!

Decepcionante

He ido durante muchos años con los niños y he sido testigo de cómo la falta de mantenimiento y dejadez a convertido este sitio en un parque donde solo lo importante es facturar, por supuesto que hay muchos gastos, masa salarial, impuestos etc pero es un parque muy pequeño y todo es desproporcionadamente caro y las calidades pésimas.
Hace ya algún tiempo que no voy y tampoco tengo intención de volver, hay personal agradable pero hay emplead@s que madre mía que bordes y que manera de contestar.
En otro capítulo invito a la gente a consultar los no pocos accidentes habidos en sus instalaciones, algunos con no muy buen final.
Las empresas están para ganar dinero, pero no todo es el dinero.

Kø på op til 2 timer ved rutsjebanerne

Var afsted to voksne og to børn 7 og 10. Parken er rigtig fin, og meget kontrol ved hver enkelt pool og rutsjebane. Det var fint rent.
Det der ikke fungerede var alle de fast track armbånd der var solgt.
Det havde den betydning at os der ikke havde det stod i kø mellem 45 min til 2 timer ved hver rutsjebane i bagende sol. Af den årsag kommer vi nok ikke igen.

Disappointing Experience


Disappointing Experience – Not Accessible for All
Although Aqualandia appears colourful and fun at first glance, it unfortunately lacks proper systems and accommodations for disabled visitors.
We first visited in May 2024. During that visit, my 10-year-old son got lost in the river rapids. When I tried to search for him, staff refused to let me help and even called security on me. It was an extremely distressing experience.
We returned on 15th July 2025, hoping for a better experience, but sadly it was worse. While they offer discounted tickets for disabled guests and their carers, the accessibility is very limited. Disabled visitors are only allowed to skip the queue on two rides—chosen by the park—and unfortunately, these aren't even the most enjoyable attractions.
For those with mobility challenges, standing for 70 minutes in line without seating is simply not possible. I'm not asking for special treatment—just equal access to enjoy the park like everyone else.
There are also other frustrating aspects of the park:
• Phone Cases: They sell waterproof phone cases for £8, but you're not allowed to use them on the slides—only in the pool. There’s no clear warning about this at the point of sale. If you want to carry the case around the park, you’re required to buy an additional £4 lanyard, which again isn't communicated upfront. This feels misleading.
• Food Quality and Service: The food is poor. Our pizza was served cold just seconds after ordering. When we returned it, staff reheated it to the point of burning. It also wasn’t even cut, and when I asked about it, the staff member slammed the cutter onto the counter in frustration. For the prices being charged, I expect hot, edible food and basic customer service.
• Cleanliness: Most concerning of all, there was fecal matter in the tunnel at the Laguna section. It was clear someone had then entered the pool afterwards, likely to clean themselves. Unfortunately, Aqualandia did not clean the affected area, which is unacceptable in terms of hygiene and public health.
Unless Aqualandia makes serious improvements to accommodate disabled guests and improve its overall hygiene and customer service, I will not be returning—and I would not recommend it to others.

Overpriced & underwhelming

We got a taxi from Puert Rico as we wanted some flexibility and it’s was €35 each way. We’d checked this before so no issue with this.

€39 each for adults and a 12 year old and €31 for a 6 year old. Fine, that’s the cost of the entry and we knew that before we went so we expected good things.

However, once you get in, they charge you €5 per sunbed which is absolutely ridiculous considering you hardly use it.

After waiting about 30 minutes in a ‘free’ queue as they call it (it’s not free, we paid the entry fee!!!) for the first flume, whilst the people with the fast pass continually went in front, we relented and bought the fast pass. Another €25 each person on top of your entry fee!! Which incidentally, doesn’t actually apply to every slide.

Food wise, from the kiosk, it was €80 for 5 x chicken nuggets and chips & a drink. I’d recommend taking a packed lunch, not because of the cost but because of the standard of food.

The wave pool was really good fun and comes on hourly (I think) but be careful as the surface is full of stones and our 6 year old cut his foot.

Parents and carers also not allowed to go down slides with their kids which is a nonsense & the sizing it all over the place for kids on some of the bigger ones. Same height restriction but was allowed on some and not others.

Toilet and shower facilities really good and clean and generally speaking, the park was clean and tidy.

Overall, it was just pretty disappointing and over priced. It shouldn’t be costing a family of 5, nearly 330 euros for a day out to an average water park.
