One of the best purchasing experiences I have had for ages, maybe forever!
Working with Christian Staples at Arctic Spas, on the purchase of our new spa was a refreshing surprise! His willingness to come inspect our site, and offer suggestions, I felt was above and beyond. His follow up e-mails and additional help was great! Everything he promised us happened like clock work. I would very highly recommend Christian and his crew to anyone interested in a new Spa! The only part of the experience I think needs improvement is the Arctic Spa literature. I would like it to have much more information on the product, showing equipment locations, seating depth, weight etc. etc.

Provided a pleasant no pressure informative and buying experience
First and foremost there was no pressure at all in buying this spa. We have looked at other brands and felt we received te most and best or our money. We received very personal treatment and Christian really understood what we were looking for. We have the Klondiker model and it is perfect for our family.

1st Customer in Utah to own the Summit XL
As i understand it we were the first to own the new Summit XL in Utah.
In spite of a snow storm the Arctic Spa team came through. The guys delivered and setup our huge spa in just one day! Great job in spite of the 16 inches of snow that made both delivery and the the removal of our old spa difficult.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and on-time.
