Great service
The lady I dealt with, I think her name was Audrey, she was very helpful and obviously knew her business very well. The flowers were a get well gift and the recipient thought they were lovely.

Excellent service
Initial bouquet was disappointing, however the service was excellent and the replacement bouquet that they voluntarily offered was excellent. My sister was very impressed with her flowers, that left me feeling very grateful to a good company. I would recommend them to everyone!

Wilted very quickly
Most of the flowers were severely wilted by three days after delivery. There was a heat wave a few days before the delivery and I wonder if the flowers had been exposed to those high temperatures.
@Arena - thanks for replying. The flowers were delivered a week ago on 28th June and we had to throw them out after several days, so I can't send you a photo. I should say that previous bouquets from Arena survived much better.

Beautiful Replacement Bouquet
My first delivery of flowers looked lovely when they arrived - such a lovely colour combination of delphiniums and sunflowers, but some of the delphiniums were already dropping petals and continued to do so and the beautiful sunflowers remained closed with only 1 opening which was quite disappointing.
However, Christine and Cheryl from the Arena team got in touch straight away following my first review and arranged for a delivery of fresh flowers which arrived today.
These new flowers are absolutely beautiful- roses, snapdragons and sunflowers, they look vibrant and are blooming beautifully so far 🌻 🌹
Thank you so much to the team for their concern regarding my first delivery and for arranging a replacement, I really appreciate the support they gave me - will definitely recommend to friends and family

We guarantee our flowers to last up to 5 days. Sunflowers should also be opening up beautifully for you rather than turning crispy while remaining closed. It sounds like this arrangement may have had a stressful journey to your door due to the weather.
