Beautiful Replacement Bouquet
My first delivery of flowers looked lovely when they arrived - such a lovely colour combination of delphiniums and sunflowers, but some of the delphiniums were already dropping petals and continued to do so and the beautiful sunflowers remained closed with only 1 opening which was quite disappointing.
However, Christine and Cheryl from the Arena team got in touch straight away following my first review and arranged for a delivery of fresh flowers which arrived today.
These new flowers are absolutely beautiful- roses, snapdragons and sunflowers, they look vibrant and are blooming beautifully so far 🌻 🌹
Thank you so much to the team for their concern regarding my first delivery and for arranging a replacement, I really appreciate the support they gave me - will definitely recommend to friends and family

Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us. We're so pleased to hear that you loved the color combination of the delphiniums and sunflowers when they first arrived, but I am incredibly sorry to hear that they haven't lasted as they should have.
We guarantee our flowers to last up to 5 days. Sunflowers should also be opening up beautifully for you rather than turning crispy while remaining closed. It sounds like this arrangement may have had a stressful journey to your door due to the weather.
To help me look into this properly and see what might have gone wrong with the stems, could you kindly send over a quick photo of how the flowers are looking now?

Shame about the delivery
The flowers, candle and card were really lovely, but the delivery was sent to the wrong address, creating a headache for the recipient. It would have been great if there was a place to put more detail in for the delivery. DPD sent a really ambiguous photograph at the end which made it impossible to locate the delivery. It was a lot of uneccessary hassle.

Beautiful rose lilies exactly as pictured. Arrived in perfect condition where some where still buds and others where just opening so it was lovely to see how they would look like. They were fragrant but no pollen so can be enjoyed without sneezing. Very elegant bouquet xx
