Tiny bunch
Tiny bunch. Not worth the price. I regularly use Interflora but used them to try as interfora are expensive. In reality they have cut out most the flowers so no wonder it is less

Flowers arrived next day on the Isle of Wight despite a warning email from customers services that they wouldn't!

Knocking on the door and having that personal touch would have made this review 5 stars. You always deliver when requested but the service could be that much special with that aforementioned simple change. I understand its 3rd party delivery but internal senior managers could review and implement this service.

I Would not even give 1 star but thats not an option. I ordered flowers "baby blue hand tied" to be delivered on Sunday to my friend who had lost her mom suddenly. The flowers delivered were nothing like the web site. I was embarassed and shocked when my friend sent me the photo!! The flowers were absolutely awful and bore no resemblence to website. I had never user Arena flowets b
efore and defintely wont again. Im hoping I can add the ohoto of what were delivered!! V v poor and dissapointing to say the least!!! - unfortunately no option to add the photo of the v poor quality flowers delivered!!!
