Poor
Ordered a bouquet specifically as it had Ranunculus and not roses. Delivery arrived and the only thing that matched the description was the colour of the flowers. Absolutely not a single flower that was mentioned in the bouquet was provided. Roses and Tulips together all of which was half dead the moment the box was opened.

The flowers were spectacular for the first 6 days but didn't last. Friends who use you say most bouquets last at least 2 weeks, unfortunately mine didn't, which is why originally I only gave 3*. Hopefully the next delivery due next week will be better.
After writing the review and contacting Arena I commend their customer service which is excellent. Felt they valued me as a customer and I accepted their explanation and sent a photo. So 5* for lovely flowers and customer service

Thank you for your feedback. We're so glad to hear that the flowers were spectacular for the first few days, but we're sorry to hear they didn't quite have the longevity you were expecting based on your friends' experiences.
While we always hope our blooms stay fresh for as long as possible, we guarantee our flowers to last up to 5 days. Since yours stayed beautiful for 6 days, they did perform just within our guaranteed window, though we certainly understand the disappointment when you're hoping for a longer display.

The flowers were sent as a gift. They arrived fresh and beautifully packaged and the recipient loves them. They were delivered on the set date although the delivery man didn't ring the bell or knock to say they were there. Glad there wasn't heavy rain at the time. Will use Arena again.
