Excellent Games, Great Support
I've enjoyed a number of different games from Arkadium through the AARP app. All have been fun and challenging. Recently, one of the games didn't want to load, so I reached out to their support group and got the expected "Thank you for your comment. We'll get back to you within 48 hours". I received a follow-up just a couple of hours later saying that they were looking into it. Then another saying they had determined the issue and repaired the problem!

Help was fast
Help was fast. I explained the games weren't working and I was told they would being looking into the problem and contact me when problem was resolved. They did contact me when problem wad fixed and also checked back to make sure everything was working. Excellent service!

The problem was fixed in a reasonable amount of time and they let me know. They even asked me to double check that it was fixed!

Used to love this game. Now, they are adding slang, names (Japanese, Jew, etc.), and non English root words. They should stick with words from the English Webster Dictionary.

Arkadium has the best games
Arkadium has some of the best games on the internet. I love the fact that you can play the games full screen as long as you subscribe and you don't have to pay anything to subscribe. If you have an issue with a game they are quick to help you resolve it.
