Worst company ever do not use will not send out your item that you pay for and three weeks later still not shipped after you pay £7.50 for express delivery and will not refund money when item hasn’t been sent and now not needed and all they keep saying is we can’t refund till item is sent out which they are not even sending out

Ordered 1 week ago and no update yet alone delivery.
Previously ordered direct with no issues.
The chat bot is terrible so expect to be raising a chargeback going back to Adidas running shoes.

Incredibly slow delivery service - more than a week after placing the order it still isn't shipped. Impossible to get hold human customer service. I've ordered elsewhere instead but I have to wait for Asics to finally deliver my order so that I can return it and claim a refund. Never again

Ordered a pair of Kayano last week. Not been shipped. Tried to get in touch - online only an AI agent and no humans and even when Ai agent said case is logged, I receive no confirmation on email. I tried calling the hotline and it’s not going through. What is going on???

What an absolute scam this website is. Ordered 1 July advised 1 - 3 working days for despatch. Money pending on my bank account still and no order update. No reply to emails and 40 minute hold to speak to someone who advised would be despatched same day, nothing updated on account. Tried to ring again and phone lines are off. What the hell are you supposed to do. Thought these were a trusted company, wish I had read the reviews first

Terrible experience. Ordered £300+ of new gear over 2 weeks ago paying for next day delivery.

Order not processed, phone line none existent (either down due to unforeseen circumstances or closed), AI chatbot useless and emails via website not responded to.

Currently no way to cancel order or speak to anyone with an update. Shocking from a company of this size

Ordered paying for express delivery which states next business day delivery.
Online chat is useless, raising a case is useless, emailing a supervisor is useless.
The boots were ordered for professional use and needed ASAP now £228 down with no boots and getting no where getting the boots dispatched or a refund. Will NEVER use ASICS again.

Avoid if you don’t want to wait weeks for trainers. - been waiting for 2 weeks so far for trainers to arrive even though on the website it say 2-3 working days, I managed to speak to an actual person who told me they were dealing with a large volume of orders that’s why there was a delay she then said I was unable to cancel the order even though it hadn’t been processed and that was just company policy, I was told the trainers would be with me for the 6th of July and it’s the 9th and still not arrived, however have received an email to say they have been processed and there waiting for collection this was the 8th of July, checked tracking and the trainers are still with asics warehouse and the courier yodel have confirmed they haven’t collected them yet. For such a big established company they have very poor customer service, and terrible operational and processing policies, I wouldn’t use the company again

shocking, ordered 3 pairs of trainers over the last 3 weeks and one by one they get cancelled due to stock discrepancies.

Ordered a pair of trainers that were meant to be to me within three days. A week later they have not been shipped. Customer services have not got back to me. All I can see is a tracking number which shows that they have not been shipped. If they did not have in stock, they shouldn’t have taken the order. Customer service is very poor. AVOID

Terrible company for customer service. I ordered a pair of trainers on 29/06/2026 and more than a week later I’m still waiting for them to be shipped. On the rare occasions I managed to speak to a human (chat or phone) they promised me my order would be dispatched the next day - it never was. They tell you it’s not possible to cancel an order, despite it not being dispatched. I asked for a manager to contact me on a number of occasions - they still haven’t. Do not order from this company, they will rob you and not deliver.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided by ASICS UK. I expected far better from such a well-established global brand.

It has now been more than 10 days since I placed and paid for my order for a pair of running shoes. According to your website, delivery was expected within 2–3 days, yet my order has still not arrived.

I have made multiple enquiries through your chatbot, but I have received no meaningful update or resolution. To make matters worse, there appears to be no option to cancel my order, leaving me without the shoes I paid for and without any way to resolve the issue.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and falls well below the standard of service I would expect from ASICS. I would appreciate an immediate update on the status of my order and, if it cannot be fulfilled promptly, the option to cancel my order and receive a full refund.

Avoid at all costs, see other reviews for detail. May as well walk outside and throw your money in the wind, then spend several weeks chasing it to get it back.

Ordered a man’s shoe size 10, a woman’s size 7.5 arrived, emailed, no response, spent over an hour waiting for customer service to pick up, no response have sent back the shoes and asked for a refund, no response so far. Just awful, would never buy online from these guys again - great shoes, appalling service.

AVOID - I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering direct, will never do so again.

Very slow process buying to even worse when returning it’s not like Nike or any other brands were asics sizing is very bad you have to keep returning back

Scammers. My last 2 returns (December and June) were never refunded. They clearly hope you don't notice. Even when you chase there responses are designed to delay (asking for info they already have and 'photos of the return' (!)

I am a lifetime customer so there awful service / fraud is really disappointing

I paid an extra £7.95 for 'express delivery' which it states on the website means that if an order is placed before 2pm on one working day it will arrive the next working day. It's been a week now and my order still hasn't even shipped. It was also for hundreds of pounds as I bought different sizes and styles to make sure we had a result. I have received no updates apologising or explaining why there is a delay. I cannot get anyone to pick up on the customer service number. I want to cancel this order and get a refund for the express delivery. Now I am concerned as I've seen others have waited months for refunds! The money has left my account so this is really criminal!

Just truly awful customer support. Delayed delivery by weeks and no answers at all. It is like sending emails into the void. Boycott this brand please.

As others have said they will take payment for express delivery but don't adhere to it, awaiting a response for a refund on postage and reported to trading standards as it appears to be a common practice of theirs seemingly to scam customers. Won't be using their products in the future

Do not buy from Asics online. Worst delivery system ever for a big shoe brand. I have ordered 2 shoes at the same time. One pair arrived after couple of weeks. The other pair was cancelled becuase there was no size available. Well I'm not surprised as it took them ages to process the order, if I didn't follow up they won't process the order. And if you try to follow up an order, AI will respond and there will be no human agent to answer upon escalation. Very poor service. Go and buy them physically at the store, not worth the stress.
