Assingtonautos Avis

Arrived when they said they would, called ahead and we're very helpful. Would definitely use again.

The driver phoned 1/2 hour to say he was on his way, he was very polite.
When the lorry arrived to pick up the car the driver was quick & efficient and very polite & helpful.
I would recommend the company again.

Ive used this company on 3 occasions, they have collected the cars when they said they would, confirmed with a phone call when on route and money in the bank a few hours later. Great team 👏 wish all companies were as efficient

Quick, easy and great communication.

Friendly and helpful staff. Offered a good price for my car. Would recommend.

Super quick and easy from start to finish. I got a fair price for my car, and the person collecting my car couldn't be more friendly. Really professional team, would definitely recommend.

The process was very quick and easy from start to finish. I felt a fair price was offered for my car and was paid into my bank the following day. Professional company. Highly recommended

First class service. Fair price. Everything explained in full. Great communications. Very easy and painless process. Car picked up at 6:30am and money in bank account on the same day. Would highly recommend

Smooth process. Collection as advised. Phone call received to give notice of the drivers arrival. Driver very friendly, professional and efficient.

The team were so helpful and made the whole process really smooth.
Would definitely recommend.

Bought an engine from here through EBay at a cost of £650 that is knocking badly once fitted even though it was described as good running condition.

Unfortunately due to a water pipe being damaged whilst being removed by them I had to wait on a replacement part which took me outwith the eBay 30 day returns policy.

A week of this was actually waiting on delivery…

I contacted them through eBay and they refused any liability and refused to help me even when I sent them a video of their engine fitted knocking.

Be very careful when buying from here.

Super service through. Collection driver was excellent, simple no fuss and speedy service. Well done

Great service from Assington Autos. Having been let down twice the previous week by a different company I was nervous, but from start to finish they have been brilliant. Excellent communication from all staff, driver pleasant and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Was looking to scrap an old vehicle, filled in the online forms to get a quote from Assington Autos. Shortly after I got a phone call from them and the lady has asked if I want to accept the quote and proceed further. I accepted and she then explained, both verbally and in writing the whole process. The car got collected on the date as agreed and payment got through within 24 hours. Thank you for an easy, no hassle process.

Very Expensive not competitive with other recyclers .

Scrapped my car with Assington. The whole process was quick, friendly and very professional. they quoted a price and there was no haggling or knocking me down. They arrived when they said, helped with the paperwork and took the car away within minutes. All very easy, great service
