Assington Autos
Brilliant service. So easy and straight forward. Polite customer service. Used a few times. Would definitely recommend to any one. With out a doubt.

Highly recommend, great service.

Very professional. I received a WhatsApp message very soon after contacting them via a scrap compare website detailing the particulars of my offer and the process, I also had a phone call from them confirming this. Very good price for my car. I wasn’t going to be in so we arranged a safe place for my key and logbook to be. I was paid the next day by bank transfer. I would recommend Assington Autos and I would use their services again. 5*. JJS, Ipswich based.

Brilliant and trustworthy company!
Had a headache getting my car in there lorry and the driver went out his way to ensure the car was taken!
Great communication and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Very impressed with the service received. Best price, the car collected in 2 days, pleasant driver, and payment the next day

Was great from start to finish. Prompt response. Clear instructions, professional and friendly over the telephone from Rosa. Driver was efficient.
No problems at all.

The chap who came to take away the car was brilliant - even managed to start it to get it on the ramp despite it sitting there for seven years! Great communication, booked an appointment quickly and easily and couldn't be happier with the service.

Incredibly quick and efficient service. Got a quote on the Friday I was happy with, phoned within 2 hours to book collection on Tuesday. Collector was incredibly nice and quick with sorting the car. Really good all around

James from Lowestoft.
The last time I scrapped a car a local company turned up and stuck on the on top of a full skip and that was the end of that didn't even pay me.
But not this company.
ASSINGINTON AUTOS are the company to go to
Fast and efficient service from start to finish. No issues no fuss no nothing.
The lady on the phone was professional and brilliant.
I couldn't have asked for better when it comes to customer service. What she said about the process and how works was exactly what followed.
Adam was the guy who picked up my old car and was very helpful very professional. He even helped push the car from where it was sitting as it couldn't be driven. So thank you Adam for your help.
1. Efficient
2. Professional
3. Fast.

Very quick, easy experience. They contacted me quickly to arrange collection of my car and then rang me an hour later to say they have had a cancellation and were taking my car an hour later. Just waiting for the money to come into my account as it takes 24 hours. Can not fault them. Thankyou

Absolutely spot on from start to finish! Got a good quote to take my car away, confirmed I'd accepted, called up to book in and the lady on the phone was super friendly, helpful and talked me through everything, what to expect etc. Chap collecting called 20 mins before to give us the heads up and was really friendly, swift and safe collection and money in my account by the end of the next day! Professionally handled all the way through and I'm really impressed and glad I took the recommendation to use Assington Autos, thank you!

Excellent friendly and professional service special family car laid to rest with dignity (owned 11 years) highest bid came from Assington Autos and funds received within 24 hours.
Thank you
The Parry’s

Their websire was easy to use and i received a prompt valuation for my car. Their back office staff were efficient and polite, booking a time to collecting my old car. They came and recovered my dead Micra off the drive. Gent recovering the car was polite and jolly, signed my V5 payment has arrived inside 24hrs. Excellent!

It was a very emotional time as I’ve had my car for 18 years, and the last thing my Nan bought me, but he Adam I believe was his name was so good and understandable, and even bought my cd in for me which I didn’t realise was still in the cd player, would definitely use this company again
Thank you so much

really fast service, really understanding of my situation and catered to me too, can’t thank them enough!

I'm not 1 to do this. But these guys wasted my time not once but 3 times. Staff seemed nice but very very unorganised business. We are a recovery business ourselves and have many cars sitting which would of been good for both of us. Due to the time wasting and unorganised let downs. I'm very disappointed. Owner of this business needs to get involved and sort this out before they have 0 business.

Briliant service and staff were very friendly and helpful. Collected my car with no problems and my 4 year old son enjoyed watching them load it onto the lorry with the crane. Would highly recommend.

Great commutation from start to finish. Very easy process on website, clear information and great price I received for car and the follow up communication on day the car was being picked up was very good. No drama straight forward .
