From the start of the service phoning up to have a car removed i spoke to Rosa and she was very helpful and informative , the day the lorry arrived from Assington Autos the driver was very polite and very efficient and explained the process to me and before i knew it the car was on the back of the lorry and he was gone on his way to his last collection. Overall a very good service from very good people and i was more than pleased and i also wish them well for the future. Kind regards to all of you at Assington Autos from Robert.

My lovely Landrover was ready for the end and Assington made it a lot easier.

I enquired online and accepted the price and was phoned that day, a collection date was organised for later in the week and the process explained to me.

I got a call ten minutes before the chap arrived to let me know he was due, and I had some questions about the process. He was very informative and made it really easy for me to understand what I needed to do next R.E the logbook/tax etc.

A very simply process I found, will use again if I need to, thanks guys!

Well tbh ,I've used assington auto to scrap my cars (I wear em out quick) lol for the last four cars and just used them to scrap my sons old van ,their prices are more than fair ,the way they talk to and treat customers is second to none and they are genuinely nice people to deal with. Prompt no hassle, brilliant ,shame more companies haven't the same customer service and reliability too ,thankyou all, bob harlow ,better known as uncle fester now lol ,really ,good to do business with

A great experience from start to end. I got a decent quote for my car, and the communication via WhatsApps from Rosa was prompt and informative through every step. I was given a date for collection and driver Tony called in advance to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he was polite, friendly and very professional. He sorted the DVLA paperwork out, managed to get the car started (the battery was as flat as a pancake, and extremely difficult to get to!)
The money was in my bank account less than 24 hours later. All in all, Assington Autos offers a first class service - highly recommended!
