I ordered Malone pa speakers, but auna pro arrived instead, the passive speaker didn't work, but I was issued a full refund 2 days later, and as an apology they let me keep the active speaker that worked and I kept the 35mm stands, unlike others I received amazing customer support, I don't know why some other ppl didn't. I would of just had a replacement, instead of refund, but would of taken about a week for delivery, but I couldn't wait as had a gig, so got some here in the UK, I use the one working speaker as my DJ monitor now

Defekt nach drei Jahren kann mal passieren, aber dass es überhaupt keine Reparaturoptionen gibt, ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Nach Ablauf der Garantie muss im Falle eines Defekts ein neues Produkt her. Fast schon lächerlich erscheint vor diesem Hintergrund die Inszenierung von Auna als "deutsche Marke aus Berlin". Hier wird Billig-Elektronik aus China verkauft, sonst nichts.

Retoure seit über 3 Wochen im Besitz von Auna, Erstattung des Kaufpreises trotz schriftlicher Bestätigung bis heute nicht erhalten. Gesetzte Frist abgelaufen, nun zum Anwalt. Betrug, Unterschlagung...

Same issues as another reviewer. Purchased a karaoke machine that duly arrived but is defective and does not operate as it should. Have asked for a return and refund and been told that it takes time to generate a return voucher. It’s been three weeks with no update. Will be raising a credit card refund claim.

Received my Connect 120 MKII Internet Radio a fortnight ago.Radio is awesome. Sound quality is above average for a small radio.Internet stations are absolutely mind boggling.Over 22000?.
Dab radio is great,connected to all my local stations,no problems.
Two excellent apps available to control radio on your phone.
Delivery was by UPS and very fast.

Habe bei AUNA über Amazon ein Internetradio gekauft. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist äußerst dürftig: leider ist dort nicht beschrieben, wie man Sender speichert. Daraufhin rief ich in der Hotline an; man erklärte mir telefonisch, dass ich binnen 2 Werktagen eine Antwort bekommen würde. Daraufhin erhielt ich per Mail eine Ticket-Nr. Inzwischen sind 10 (!) Werktage vergangen - bisher KEINE Antwort! Servicewüste Deutschland bei AUNA!
Übrigens habe ich nach Recherchen bei Google die Lösung meines Problemes erlesen können - ganz ohne AUNA....

Mein Artikel wurde Ende März 2023 wegen Defekts reklamiert und zurückgesendet. Trotz mehrer Telefonate und Zusagen, das Geld zu überweisen, ist bis heute (4 Monate) kein Geld zurückerstattet worden.

Scam company. Received my order doesn't work, I raised a return on the 24/6 and heard nothing. Customer service say it takes time to generate a returns label. When we told them we'll report it as fraud they hung up.

Produto defeituoso e de fraca qualidade. Retornei o produto mas o que veio em substituição não é melhor. Conclusão. Não é defeito mas sim qualidade muito fraca do produto. Não recomendo a marca AUNA. Nem tudo made in Deutschland é garantia de qualidade.

Hatte ein Internetradio, vor 6 Jahren gekauft, 140 Euro, finde jetzt kein Schnäppchen. Steht im Bad ist vielleicht 120 Stunden gelaufen. Vorweg es ist nicht besonders feucht im Raum und es hat keinen Wasserschaden. Da das Gerät noch tiptop da steht, dachte ich an eine Reparatur beim Hersteller und hab diesen kontaktiert. Leider ist das außerhalb der Garantie und nicht vorgesehen wurde mir mitgeteilt. Das hat mich jetzt zu dieser Bewertung getrieben, da ich schon der Meinung war ein gutes Produkt gekauft zu haben keinen billig Schrott ohne Service. Sehr Schade, ich werde nichts mehr kaufen von diesem Hersteller.

I prdered speakers which were not delievered on three seperate occasions. Got in touch with customer service who replied a week later saying they would look into it. Its been a month and still haveny received a refund

Gerät defekt. Auna hat einer Kostenerstattung mehrmals schriftlich zugestimmt. Wir warten seit einem halben Jahr auf Rückzahlung! Sache geht nun zum Anwalt! Werden nur vertröstet und für dumm gehalten! Rückzahlung angeblich schon dreimal avisiert und zur Buchhaltung gegeben! Nix passiert! Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen!!!

CD Player ist innerhalb der Garantiezeit kaputt gegangen, Firma reagiert auf kein einziges meiner 6 Mails. Zur Hotline ist kein telefonischer Kontakt möglich, man landet in einer Endlosschleife.

Habe ca. 10 E-Mail geschrieben wegen Auna DAB+ CD Player def.
Alter ca. 6 Monate wäre noch in Garantie.
Habe nie Antwort bekommen.Somit mächte ich allen sagen kauft nie bei Auna etwas ihr werdet entäuscht sein

Ordered a multi system stereo when arrived there was a chip in the lid and the cd player didn't work have repeatedly ask for a returns label which your supposed to get 48hours after complaining over a week later still waiting keep getting fobbed off how busy they are.
Going to dispute it with pay pal

Recently ordered their "Intelligence Radio with Alexa" as had on special offer and seemed very good value for stereo speaker with Spotify Connect and Alexa functionality.
Sadly when device arrived I followed the instructions to download the app that is REQUIRED to connect the speaker to my WiFi and to Alexa and couldn't!
Apparently the app hasnt been updated in 5 years (what does that say!) and will not download from the Google Play store onto an Android 13 device!
Unable to setup so have a nice white brick.
Just hoping that customer services agree the return

Ho acquistato l`amplificatore AV2 CD508 e il lettore AV2 CD509 MP3 CD RADIORECEIVER totale €204,98.L'amplificatore è rotto e il lettore CD non ha la radio, mi hanno proposto il rimborso di €50,00 per la radio mancante e per l'amplificatore rotto non si è fatto sentire nessuno. Ero un cliente affezionato. MAI PIÙ!!!!!!

Unfortunately I have had to give one star 🌟 witch in my opinion is too high. The service was diabolical from start to finish. The delivery exceeded the stated time on thier website site. You contact them get an automated response and really are the worse company I have ever dealt with. A lot of the rime they do not answer you and trade under different names.
They are using a Co.uk but the items are shipped from Germany. How they remain in business is beyond me I only wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. Still trying get it sorted out after six weeks.
