Outstanding, this is the 2nd car I have purchased from Autochoice and they have exceeded expectations even more this time. James has been exceptional throughout the process, gone the extra mile and made the experience of buying a fantastic car even better

We had a fantastic experience buying our new car, and a big part of that was down to Dan. From start to finish, he was friendly, helpful and genuinely easy to deal with. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all our questions and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.

There was never any pressure to buy, which made such a difference, and Dan went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Thanks again Dan 😁

Great customer service from josh from start to finish

Great experience, smooth and quick process. Dan was very helpful.

Che was a massive help, made it easy and stress free. Ask for Che if you would like a pleasant experience!!!!

Dan and Josh was very helpful through the process explained in good detail so we understood every step of the way and made it all very easy and stress free. They were both very friendly and easy to talk to.

I enquired about a vehicle that was advertised on Auto Trader and spoke to Josh, he was super helpful, as I was unable to view the car that day he sent me pictures and videos of the car. Unfortunately I found an alternative car somewhere else before getting the chance to take a trip to blackburn but the service I received from Josh was incredible and I would not hesitate from buying a car from this dealer in the future. THANK YOU JOSH

Experience was very good shay helped us out to get all the details we needed for the car and helped make the process very streamlined.

A very friendly and helpful salesman. Polite, prompt and keen to help. He made the sale smooth and reassuring. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car

Che was very helpful and made the whole experience very easy and relaxing to go through would definitely recommend.

Che, was the advisor I dealt with during the purchase of the vehicle, he was thorough, attentive to detail and able to an answer any questions I had. The video shared with me prior to me travelling over allayed any fears I had. Transparent throughout, good service, recommended.
