Wonderful man who helped me with my car insurance, I believe his name was Simon. He was polite Joval and nothing was too much bother. He explained all the Insurance to me couldn’t wish for a nicer chap credit to his company.

How long things take
I thought the agent was good but the length of time it took to change a name over was unbelievable especially since I was at my work doing it

TERRIBLE SERVICE
They told me that I could move my van insurance across to car insurance, when I retired and sold my van.
When it came to it, they told me that I COULDN'T do that. So I had to start a new insurance for the car.
The price that I was quoted kept rising, even after I had finished their quote system.
It took me 1½ hours of phone conversation to sort it.
TERRIBLE service 😡

After numerous online attempts
After numerous online attempts, numerous phone calls (along with broken promises, aka lies?)
and a complaint stretching over 2+ weeks I still cannot log into my account.
3 days after my 'sincere apology ' from Autonet; nothing, no email, still unable to log into my account. Another pointless message from Autonet.

Im afraid the confirmation procedure blew my head away, I know I am signed up because you have taken my deposit from my bank account but don't know have written details nearly 24 hrs later after trying to engage with your "after the event bit"
Not panicking because the insurance only comes into force on the 11th June 26
