Everything about getting my Harley’s coolant pump replaced was fantastic!! I contacted DESP’s customer service to verify the steps needed, and they gave me the simple steps required for the claim. My dealership provided the needed documentation after the assessment and estimation were generated, and in a couple days they called to tell me the repairs were done and I could pick up my bike. I couldn’t have asked for an easier process and I’m totally and completely happy with how DESP provided excellent customer service to get my repair completed.

I am leaving a review on the warranty purchase process. I heard about discount Esp on a popular motorcycle you tube channel. The process was seamless and easy and I felt the price is reasonable. Franco was very professional and worked to get my policy processed very fast.

I’ve had a policy for more than 10 years covering 3 different Harleys when ever I had an issue it was taking care of without a problems I highly recommend them ask for Franko Cardozo and tell them Nick G recommend him

Before writing this review, I consultated with my motorcycle shop to see how smoothly the process went.
The owner told me it went silky smooth.
I paid good money for my Extended Service Plan for my motorcycle and my expectations for that investment seem to be paying off.
Overall, I am very pleased.

I have a 2022 Harley Davidson Road Glide CVO, and recently experienced low tire pressure on my rear wheel. So I took it to the dealer, and they determined my rear wheel was defective and needed replacing. I assumed my Wheel and Tire coverage with Discount ESP would cover repair, but to my dismay Discount ESP denied the claim. I paid $2,100 for their Entended Warranty coverage, and now had to pay $1,800 to get my bike back on the road again. I feel I’ve been totally ripped off and highly recommend anyone considering buying Discount ESP’s Extended Warranties not to do so!!!

Discount ESP is horrible. I done all of my services on my bike from the dealership and taking great care. Almost every claim they have denied. I had friends that report the same story whether it’s an engine, or anything else on the motorcycle, it is impossible to get a hold of them. For simple things, it takes them a couple weeks to get an answer back and most of the time they deny the claim.

This is my 2nd warranty with these folks. Easy process and good pricing.

Had Discount ESP for a few years now, and any problem that was under warranty they covered, no hassle, from the phone call to email. I highly recommend them, and I definitely will be renewing again.

Henderson Harley was able to work directly with Discount ESP to get some minor issues resolved on our 2017 Street Glide Special!

Devin Cardozo was great! Professional, very communicative, and easy to work with! Process was fairly simple!

Quick response to my issue

Having the extended warranty from ESP is easy and so far it has been a great benefit the few times I have had to use it. Basically pays for itself when taking care of the bike you love. The best part is my dealership is well aware of Discount ESP and has them on speed dial. So as long as you have coverage they know it's hassle free and the approval and funds are quick and simple. Kudos.

DiscountESP has truly had my back during some challenging moments. As someone who’s constantly on the road, I do everything I can to keep my motorcycle in peak condition. But when the unexpected happens, breakdowns, mechanical failures, Discount ESP is always there to get me back on the road quickly and hassle-free. I’m genuinely grateful for their reliable service and support.

The turnaround time for ESP to get the payment to the dealership needs to be faster. Twice I've had to pay the repair bill and get the money credited back to me.

Franko was very nice. Haven’t had to use it and hopefully won’t which is only reason it’s a 4 not a 5 but as far as customer service he was very easy to work with.

Fast EASY process overall. I have had Discount ESP for a couple of years and just renewed on today! Compared to the warrantee Harley sells for over 3K, Discount ESP is a no Brainer!!
Call and Ask For Frank, he is GREAT and a true Pleasure to work with (no pressure as all, which is a welcome thing these days.)
