Franko Cardozo is a top notch rep. I had called discount ESP about 2 weeks ago and spoke with him about possibly getting a warranty, he sent me a quote with the prices that I’d pay and even offered me a free year on the 2 year warranty which is awesome. He followed up with me about last week and I asked him questions about everything, and he was very patient with me. So I pulled the trigger, he mad the process super simple and easy. 10/10 would definitely earn my buisness again.

My experience with Discount ESP can be put in three letters. WOW!!! It is great dealing with these people. When it comes to extended warranty you may have doubts but you don't need to worry about Discount ESP. They have covered my 2016 50,000-mile Harley CVO from an amplifier to major engine work. We do not sell Discount ESP out our dealership but they are the easiest to deal with outside of the VSC contracts we sell. I wish other companies made it that simple to file claims and receive payment.
