Amazing customer service. After initially purchasing an incompatible monitor stand. Ellie supported and helped me find the right one. A few phone calls and changing of orders. Great advice, speedy service, very pleased customer.
I recently worked with AV Partsmaster to upgrade my Sony VPL-290 projector to one of Sony’s newer laser-based models, and the experience was great.
I've always been happy with VPL-VW290 it's always been a strong performer, however, like many lamp-based projectors, it has inherent limitations—most notably in brightness, and besides I had decided I wanted a laser based projector.
The move to a laser-based projector has been a significant step up. The most immediate improvement is in brightness and no bulb to replace.
AV Partsmaster handled the entire upgrade process professionally. Their advice was well-informed and clearly based on real-world experience rather than just spec sheets. They helped identify the most appropriate laser model for my room and, ensuring the upgrade delivered meaningful Improvement.
And finally the price wasn't bad either!

Can't Recommend highly enough!
As a repeat customer having spent many thousands over the last few years they never cease to impress me with speed of delivery. My account manager Scott is quick in replying with quotes, and even when the purchase order doesn't get sent to him until lunchtime, I've still received the items the following morning. Magic - couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Superb service!
I called in and spoke with Hamish and Tom about a 65 inch screen I needed, and they provided all the information and guidance I was looking for. They advised me on the right unit to choose and made the whole process easy.
It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares, but the service I received from Tom, Hamish, and the team was excellent!

I called AV Past master about…
I called AV Past master about purchasing an Epsom Projector, a sales person called Hamish took my details and after explaining that i wished to spend a thousand pounds he promised to call me back, I called 6 times and was given excuse after excuse and i was never given a call back in then contacted a company called Projector Point who called me back the same day and after dealing with a lovely lady called Clare I purchased a Projector and all the extras for £1100 obviously AV Pastmaster must have loads of sales and did not want my measly £1100 please please don't waste your time with AV Past Master they never call you.

Great advice and customer service
As a small community group buying a good value projector & screen that did what we required was of paramount importance. Ellie King-Green has been fantastic in terms of providing advice to help us make the correct decision. I'd already bought the screen on line and received a call from Ellie to check which projector I would be using, that's when the first class customer service started and began throughout our decision making process. We cancelled the online order as the screen was incorrect for our needs. It took months to make our decision as it's a big spend. She has made numerous telephone calls checking the information provided was what was required and produced a number of quotes and offered great advice. I trust AV Parts Master and know Ellie and her colleagues will continue this level of customer service should we need support in the future, which is highly likely.
If you want a trusted supplier then look no further.

Advertising products for next day delivery they don't even have
As per some other users experiences this company are advertising products they don't have and then trying to sell you something else after you have ordered, or Bait and Switch as it is known.
Products advertised as next day delivery and then after you order and they take your money, they call to say they don't even stock it and offer you another product.
If you don't take that then they offer you a refund but advise it could be 3 or 4 days before you get your money back.
Terrible practice that is incredibly inconvenient and wastes a lot of peoples time.

cinema grade 4k…
I was looking for a cinema grade 4k projector to add movies to my golf simulator room
I had done research and had a few options in mind
I spoke to Tom who was knowledgeable, helpful and we quickly established that a Viewsonic was perfect for my room dimensions having discussed throw ratios and vertical lens shift and lumens.
I was able to collect within an hour and had the projector on the wall a few hours later
