Baby Sensory Avis 

Baby sensory woking has been so much fun! I attended classes with my first baby from 3 months old and I was apprehensive to how I would manage looking after my baby, (feeds/naps/changes) whilst getting involved with the class and talking to other parents, but Katy made me feel calm and at ease; the activities were great fun and not too overwhelming and I felt very comfortable! After finishing the classes, we really missed them and I was eager to come back with my second - my baby absolutely loves baby sensory and I love watching how engaged he is throughout the session. Thank you for all the fun you bring Katy!

We have been going to baby sensory since my baby was 3 months old! She’s now 8 months! Katy is soo great with all babies, my daughter gets excited walking into the room, she knows exactly where we are- our favourite class of the week- would definitely recommend! Great to see my daughters development as well from week to week and great to meet other mums

Baby sensory with Katy is the highlight of our week! Jack and I have been going since he was just 8 weeks old. Katy makes sure every session is different- she is creative and imaginative with her ideas. I would recommend her sensory classes to anyone with a baby.

Been to Katy @ Baby Sensory Bagshot for 2/3 of my little ones. They loved the experience and had a great time each time. Katy makes the time they spend really enjoyable.

Katy is wonderful, so warm and welcoming which is just what you need when you’re a new mum and you’re leaving the house for the first time with your baby. She’s extremely supportive and every session was just so magical. My son loved it and even now has a big smile on his face when we sing ‘hello to the sun.’
Would definitely recommend this class!

We love Baby Sensory! My baby is 6 months old, and we’ve been going to Katie’s sensory classes since she was 2 and a half months. It’s the highlight of our maternity leave week! She loves the songs, sounds, lights, and the associated companies that come on certains weeks, like professional photographers, Usbourne books, Fired Frog pottery and others, are brilliant, it’s a staple in our calendar. Katie is warm and fun and the babies love her (as do we)!

My little boy loves her classes, she greets us every week with a smile and always comes round and gives each child some one on one attention and support !

Booked a class for 5th June at the Stevenage location. Turned up for the class to be told no one is here for the class the leader taking the class just hasn’t turned up… no one contacted me it has been 4 days not one email has been responded to! I am owed a refund and will take it further and it’s awful behaviour. North hearts franchise seems an absolute shambles!

Really disappointed with how this was handled. The class was cancelled on the same day and a refund was agreed, so I changed my plans accordingly with my baby. Shortly afterwards I was told the class was back on, but by then we were no longer able to attend at such short notice. Despite this, the refund was then refused because the class ended up running.

As a mum on maternity leave, baby classes are not cheap and planning your day around feeds, naps and travel takes effort. I completely understand that issues happen and classes may need to be reinstated, but honouring the refund that had already been agreed would have been the right thing to do from a customer service perspective.

A very frustrating experience and sadly not handled with much understanding or consideration.

Baby sensory was so much fun & my son throughly enjoyed going! The activities are really entertaining & there is a different theme every week - it was good value for money & a great activity to do with your baby over maternity leave. I’m sad it’s come to an end!

I have attended baby sensory classes with both of my babies first in 2022/23 and second this year, she just graduated🥺 Terri is absolutely amazing, she made me feel welcome with my first baby and welcomed me back with open arms with my second. She provides excellent engaging classes from birth to 13 months, she is an amazing class leader and makes everyone feel at ease, she brings the fun and energy and helps you forget about your worries for that hour.

We went to Baby Sensory Bristol East and had Abi has our facilitator who was just brilliant. We ended up completing the whole year of classes as we enjoyed it so much. Abi always gave helpful reasons why we were completing the exercises we were doing, and ideas of how we could it at home and how it would benefit the baby. She was relaxed and welcoming, and really made each session fun to attend. We loved the options of having outside crafters/photographers coming in and all the themed weeks. Would really recommend Bristol East as a venue to attend!

It's hit and miss and depends on who the facilitator is on the day. Some are better than others. I find the "break" in the middle too long. I can sit and play with my baby at home, I don't need to do it at the class. I would prefer a shorter class that's just the sensory program.

I did baby sensory with my son in 2021 and loved it so much I came back with my daughter in 2025! Terri at Baby Sensory Dudley is amazing!! Her personality is amazing and keeps all the babies entertained with lots of themes and visual stimulation. My daughter absolutely loves her and follows her around)she never normally leaves my side) im going to be so gutted when she graduates but she's gained soo much going to these classes.

I was bringing my baby to the Highgate classes earlier in the year. The lady running the session was lovely and helpful when I needed to switch days due to a couple of trips. But I wouldn't recommend due to the cliquey behaviour of the other mums!
I was made to feel so uncomfortable by some of the mums and the looks they'd give my baby if he started crying (this is in the younger age group up to 6 months i believe. Let's be realistic, babies will cry). On one occasion, I unknowingly say between two best friends who didn't ask to swap and proceeded to make me so uncomfortable I never went back. Talking over me, and sneering at my baby when he was smiling at them, not even acknowledging me or baby at any point. I would have much preferred them to switch with me if they wanted to sit together!
All in all, not somewhere to make friends in my experience. For what it's worth, I think my baby did get something out of it and the weekly themes were fun to dress him for. We ended up going to other baby classes which were less cliquey.

Also forgot to mention- one occasion I switched to the session in Islington. This was a mothers day theme. For some reason there was a much older baby crawling around with all the small babies (mine was 4 months and unable to even roll at this stage). The mum was half heartedly following him around until he crawled to my son, raised his hands and thumped them down on his face and neck. I am not blaming the baby for doing what babies do, I am saying older babies shouldn't be in these groups and if there was a reason they were there, the baby shouldn't have been allowed to come up to small babies like that. Of course, the mum managed to stop him coming back to our mat after I took him off my baby, funnily enough.

Me and my little boy have attended Wednesday classes at wolves north since February . I can’t thank Stacey enough for how much she’s cared and taught my little boy. He has grown so much and really enjoyed going every Wednesday to see her. We will miss going. Stacey is an absolutely amazing woman and so friendly and welcoming! She puts so much effort into her classes and this is one reason we love going! The classes are well planned, and resources for every age range!

My daughter absolutely loves baby sensory with Katy in Woking, a must attend for all new mums and babies. We have met and socialised with others with similar aged children, it’s the highlight of our week!

I took my little girl to her first baby sensory class with Leanne at Wolves North when she was 5 weeks old and continued until she was one. Leanne was so welcoming and all the little ones absolutely loved her amazing energy. Such a lovely safe environment for new moms to watch their babies learn and develop. Can't recommend Leannes classes enough.

Baby sensory dudley with Terri was the best experence for my little ones confidence social skills, learning and development. A must for parents and babies to experience. I couldnt reccomend it enough. Terri is the absolute best( we went from December 2024 to now just graduated September 2025) x

I don’t even know where to start!
I attended baby sensory Wolverhampton North with both my sons. I immediately felt at ease with Stacey, like I’ve known her forever! We have become good friends and she has supported me in ways I never expected.
Both my boys absolutely loved baby sensory and developed many skills whilst there, they even made some friends that we have seen outside classes.
Stacey makes classes so much fun, I’m not sure where she gets all the energy from! She loves the babies like a fun auntie and the babies are mesmerised by her!
Sensory is a safe, non-judgemental space, the other moms have been lovely and it’s like therapy for us too!
I miss sensory already and my baby only graduated last month! Would highly recommend to anyone!
