Baby Sensory Avis 

I took by baby to Baby Sensory over 16 years ago and loved every moment. As new mum living away from my family I found them to be absolutely vital in getting out and about and meeting other parents. The content of the sessions were second to none and I had so much fun with my baby and learning about her development. With my second baby it provided a one stop shop with so much variety as I struggled to fit in as much 2nd time around and it provided a welcome baby date for me and my bubba.

I decided to take my son along to baby sensory for our final month together before I went back to work! I absolutely loved these classes and more importantly so did my son. He loved the songs, his face lit up every time he heard the familiar music. He gained so much confidence, crawling after a few sessions as he was so keen to get to all the new things we were introduced to each week. The classes are always well attended which meant we were able to meet other parents and babies, the classes last an hour which is well planned and it goes so quickly! We will miss these sessions so much but I am so thankful that I found them!

I joined Sensory Play with my 4 weeks old daughter and we absolutely loved it.It was nice getting out from the house,meeting other mums & dad's and the 6 weeks programme was lively. Abbie & Helen were very friendly and welcome and fun to be around.We will definitely join some other sessions later on in the year.Thanks Abbie and Helen!You are doing an amazing job!

We absolutely loved Baby Sensory.. Oscar joined when he was 3 weeks old and getting out of the house during those first few months, and meeting other new mums & dads was just what we needed.
Helen & Abi are very welcoming and accommodating - we will miss them both!

I started taking my son to the Dudley one when he was around 6 months. From the first Day Terri so is friendly making you feel very welcome & explains how it works, respectfully addressing mom and baby by their first name. It crazy how she remembers. Each register she comes round has a little chat to see how you got on in the week. Overall I’m so grateful for all the hard work Terri does, you can clearly see how hard she works. Each week is a different theme and multiple different sensory activities for the babies to do. You can see how all the babies are drawn in. It’s a welcoming environment where all the parents chat and enjoy watching all the babies grow each week. My son went from sitting, crawling and then walking in the space of 4 months. I believe Terri class had a massive impact on his confidence allowing him to develop. My son graduated today and she made a massive fuss which I appreciate so much.

Terri is a superstar with the babies. I honestly wish her all the success & I highly recommend taking your babies there. ThankYou ever so much! ❤️

Me and my daughter joined Baby Sensory East Bristol when she was 3 and a half months and we went weekly until she was 10 months. We loved going to sensory and my baby always had so much fun. The sessions are educational filled with lots of activities/songs/props that you might not have at home yet. She especially loved seeing other babies! Highly recommended

Sad day last Tuesday as it was my son’s last Baby Sensory class! ☹️😭 We started coming to Baby Sensory Bristol East when my son was just 7 weeks old and have absolutely loved it ever since. 👶😍 It was even the first outing I made in the car with him on my own! 🚗🤣 I could not recommend Baby Sensory Bristol East more- Helen and Abi are absolutely fab and we will really miss seeing you every week! Thank you so much for making my boy thrive every Tuesday! 😘 xx

Have attended baby sensory bristol east with both my babies and have loved the classes. Helen is an amazing class leader and so friendly and great with the babies. She puts so much effort in to each class and and both my babies have loved the classes. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a baby class.

Both my girls went to Baby Sensory North Cornwall and loved every single class. Kate is amazing at what she does and puts 10000% in every part of it. We are so pleased we had the opportunity to do a full year of baby sensory twice and we are a tad emotional it's over. I would highly recommend this class to anyone with a baby it really is magical and an amazing experience. Thank you Kate....now please do Toddler Sense haha xx

I would highly recommend baby sensory Sutton!
My daughter and I have done three terms of baby sensory classes in Sutton. We started when she was about 5 months and just now “graduated” at 14 months. It’s been such a great activity! The classes are incredibly well run and Suzie Franck who is the activity leader in Sutton & Wimbledon have just been so lovely.
We are going to miss our baby sensory classes on Tuesdays but we will be continuing on with toddler sensory and are exited about that.

This company cancelled a class on me last minute and I requested a refund as I couldn't make an alternative date and time. Its now been well over a month and I keep chasing and keep getting rubbish customer service and constant repetitive lies. Oh and management is always unavailable. Had to lodge a complaint with consumer affairs and police. Not about the money but the principle of the matter.

We attend the Thurrock and Rainham baby sensory class each week at Whitmore Hall in Grays. It’s always so enjoyable and the class leader and owner are so knowledgable and friendly. The activities are different each week and has a lot of different props which are always well cleaned and looked after. I attended for a year with my first baby and have been coming for past 6 months with my second. We love it each week.

Entire family enjoyed being a part of baby sensory. So much so that we took turns through the entire first year of baby growing up with accompanying her to class. This permitted mum, dad, aunty and nana to experience the rich environment each week which progressed to lasting friendships with other like minded. Highly recommend !! At Mt Eden Auckland with Kay. I’ve gone on to publish a book with sincere thanks to Kay for helping me start over in life Thru the innocent eyes of my grandie. I’ve since gifted Kay a box of my books which not only inspired my journey but also my granddaughter who is now two and a half and who enjoys seeing her baby self in picture form enjoying early life. I’m hoping Kay can pass these to other parents who can benefit from our experiences in her classes!

I take my baby to Baby Sensory Bristol East and he absolutely loves it.

Our leader is excellent and the classes are great value for money. We leave every week with a new idea for things to do at home and with smiles on our faces.

Do not buy a franchise from this company .
You will be told you will receive help but don't. As long as they get there quarterly payments to the brand and then monthly payments to the "master franchisee "
They only care about the money .
This is just my personal opinion and you should do your own research. Maybe ask the copious amounts of former franchise owners

I signed up for the first time for my 2month old baby. Never atteneded any classes as the lady cancelled classes, two weeks in a row, last minute.l, due to this I asked for a refund as I didnt trust her anymore. She kept saying she will refund me but she hasn't, I have messaged her many times and still no refund. I wouldn't recommend baby sensory to anyone as they are a waste of time. Go to other classes.

Even though my last review got a response. And I’ve emailed no one has still responded. Absolutely shocking really! Wouldn’t recommend baby sensory to anyone. There are a lot more groups out there that aren’t just in it for the money.

The sessions and the lady running the sensory group I attend are enjoyable but my issue is with their terms and conditions.

Every other baby group I attend offers a courtesy class or credit if I cannot attend a class but Baby sensory are very strict about this not being the case. I can only gift sessions to other people... it's a lot or money down the drain if you can't attend due to sickness or holiday. I won't be re-booking again because of this. I think its wrong that they keep the money even if notice is given and can offer the space to others making twice as much money!! Very disappointing.

Our last summer class was cancelled and I was not informed of this. I sent Facebook messages and emails and did not get a response. I was asking if it had been cancelled and if there was a make up session or refund.
I finally got through to the owner via WhatsApp. She said she would refund the session but over a month on I have not received this even after many message exchanges and me constantly chasing this up.
If I had been informed in the first place I may have been more forgiving.
Terrible communication and if you have a problem she doesn't seem to care.

The class is fun and my baby thoroughly enjoyed the term. It’s also great to have an opportunity to chat to other mums mid-way through the class. I just wish the admin staff were quicker to deal with a payment issue. It was stressful asking numerous times for a refund but the issue was finally resolved.
