Perfect end to end service.
We tried our best to make it difficult with changes to addresses but the team at Bagsahead had everything covered. I’ll miss the live chats and update emails.

AMAZING When Moving Abroad
Chris and his team at Bagsahead are FABULOUS. Communication is prompt, easy, and feels like a friend is helping you out. They walk you through every step of the process and make sure you are completely taken care of if there are any issue.
I chose Bagsahead because I was moving from the US to the UK and found that it was way more cost effective to ship my luggage ahead rather than carry it all on the plane. I am SO glad I chose to go with Bagsahead@

In a very short period of time, I had to move a very dear elderly friend's most important possessions from London to Northumberland.
Chris and the team at Bagsahead couldn't have more helpful, friendly and timely with all the complicated items to be moved.

FIRST TIME USER
AFTER A FALSE START, WHICH WAS MY FAULT AND NOTHING TO DO WITH BAGSAHEAD, THEY PERFORMED THE TASK OF GETTING SUITCASES OUT TO VENICE-ARRIVING THE DAY BEFORE WE GOT THERE-AND OVER 2 WEEKS LATER GETTING THEM SENT BACK FROM ROME TO THE UK. EVERYTHING WENT LIKE CLOCKWORK AND I WILL DEFINITELY USE BAGSAHEAD AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. IT WAS SO EASY TO TRAVEL OUT AND RETURN HOME WITHOUT DRAGGING SUITCASES EVERYWHERE.
