Bailey of Sheffield Avis 

Now the owner of 2 bracelets that I build up as opposed to buying the pre completed ones. This is my choice. The complete sets obviously suit other purchasers. Build quality. Well my 1st bracelet is approaching 10 years old. It never comes off. It's been battered and abused but is still alive and kicking. It suffered a very minor wear and tear failure recently. Off it went to Bailey and back it came. You'd never know it had been repaired, plus the whole bracelet had been given a fine fettling. Older stoppers had had new grub screws put in, solving the issue with the earlier screws going missing. I note the latest website update advises of the change in some of the PVD coatings when worn and reacting to external sources. The range is constantly being added to. I note a number of reviews knocking the company for their chosen delivery company. Yes they aren't the best but go whine on their page not here, I have. To sum up. Excellent product. Great quality. Incredible customer service. They're a small start up with limited resources and staff. Cut them some slack and stop expecting immediate gratification. Sometimes it's good to wait and enjoy the experience of enjoyment that has been slightly delayed. Long live the Mandora (stolen from another Bailey user, but so perfect a description).

Excellent service, product and quality

I ordered the bracelet on a Sunday afternoon and received an email checking on my measurements the same evening. I did have to email as I wanted to ensure that it was delivered prior to a particular date as it was for my partners 40th birthday and we were going on holiday. I received an email giving me a delivery date of the next day - it arrived before lunchtime. My partner loves the bracelet. I also ordered a chain which is great too. Excellent quality

I've been buying engraved or etched beads for my Bailey's bracelet for about 5 years now. The beads I bought first are still as fresh as the day they went onto the bracelet. This is testimony to their quality as I never take the bracelet off. Great products which look fab and just don't age.

I ordered a Memorial capsule bead with engraving on both sides, upon receipt it had only been engraved on one side. I rang and left a message but nobody returned my call. When I finally spoke to someone I was PROMISED delivery on Friday, I now find out it will be Tuesday.
This is extremely poor customer service.

Love this hand made bracelet I purchased for my partner so much so that I’ll be receiving one myself for my birthday!
The craftsmanship is outstanding and will last a lifetime. I had a personalised bead which means so much to my partner.
The bracelet has to be precisely measured for your wrist and because the size needed to be personalised (small wrist) I was contacted to double check this. This leads me to the communication-again friendly, warm and great advice. Love the personal touch from Bailey’s of Sheffield.
It will be lovely to gift beads over time to add to the bracelet and can be done with the tool provided.
