Stainless Steel Cable
I’d been considering a Bailey for a while. I love the simplicity of the stainless steel cable. Ordering was easy with clear guidance on sizing, something I’d notice was missing from others especially for larger sizes. Delivery was quick and efficient. Quality is excellent as I’d expect from made in Sheffield items.

Not the Best the driver had left my expensive purchase on doorstep in full public view and claimed that i had received and signed for it.
Dear Adele apologies for the 1 star review as I assumed 'Truspilot' was the ones who delivered the item and as I stated in a previous email I do not blame Bailey's for what happened blame lies solely on the delivery service as I have made an error I will correct the star review to acceptable but also not the best delivery service that could have been received.

Hi Nathan, We spoke on email only a couple of hours ago and we apologised that the driver left your order on your doorstep. We pay a premium price for deliveries to be signed for. You ordered the item on the 9th March and it was delivered on the 10th March. I feel the 1 star is unfair, as we did everything possible for your order, the only thing that let us down was the courier. kind regards Adele
Poor delivery service
Ive made 2 orders, first order was a fully loaded bracelet, supposed to be signed for on delivery, it was left in a plant pot, so no idea who signed for it.
Second order i ordered some extra beads, they were supposed to be here yesterday, but delivery was delayed, supposed to be delivered next working day but still heard nothing from the delivery company and dont know where my order is.
Going to chase it up now.
The product that has been delivered is great, exactly what i wanted. Sadley the delivery service has let the company down.

But please note, as much as we would love to be able to oversee a couriers delivery from start to finish, we are not magicians, and unfortunately these issues are out of our hands. We are fortunate to have an agent that does let us know issues asap and does help our customer services to ensure we keep our customers in the loop as much as possible to get a delivery actioned properly. Sorry that we had issues with yours.

Exceptionally brilliant customer service and fantastically made jewellery - I have a bracelet full of beads and a necklace. I cannot recommend this business more, not only is it a British made production line and service but they are the epitome of buying local regardless of where you live. No request is too much and the quality of the jewellery is top notch.
