Pickwick Jewellers and Pawnbrokers Avis 

I cannot recommend Pickwick Jewellery in Dartford highly enough.

I took in two delicate chains that had become badly tangled. They were sentimental pieces that I did not want to throw away, so I was hoping someone might be able to help. Sam kindly took them on a Friday and spent the rest of her day patiently and painstakingly untangling them, working on them until almost 9.30pm.

When I returned the following day to collect them, I was amazed by the care and attention she had given. Not only had she successfully untangled both chains, but she had also beautifully packaged them in a lovely red jewellery box and wrapped them carefully to make sure they would not become tangled again.

What touched me most was her kindness and generosity. Another business had quoted me £40 to untangle the chains, yet Sam refused to accept a penny, even when I offered to pay. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days.

Sam is an absolute angel. Her patience, skill, professionalism and genuine willingness to help turned what I thought was a lost cause into a wonderful experience. It is clear that she truly cares about her customers and takes great pride in her work.

If you have any jewellery that needs repairing, cleaning, resizing or simply a problem that seems impossible to fix, I would wholeheartedly recommend visiting Pickwick Jewellery in Dartford and asking for Sam. You will be in the very best hands.

Had such a lovely experience with Rochelle at the Peckham branch! I brought in a bracelet watch to have some links removed as it was too big for me. It proved to be a complicated construction but Rochelle was a dab hand who sorted it perfectly within a morning, adjusted it for me after we checked the fit, and then didn’t even charge me. A lovely team of ladies.

Really lovely ladies at Pickwick in Peckham. I sold some old gold jewellery there for a really fair price. I also needed to get a gold necklace fixed but they said they weren’t sure it would be possible to solder it because it had pearls. I explained I wanted to wear it just for one day on my wedding day so didn’t mind if it just had a temporary fix and the lovely Angie and Rochelle sorted it out for me then and there by adding just another little link in for me to be able to wear it on my wedding!
