Adele and Scott and their team have the best customer service I have ever come across. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them,they are very friendly and go out of their way to help. The products are fantastic too.

Second purchase of a cable bracelet as…
Second purchase of a cable bracelet as my 1st one is now full. Ordering is simplicity in itself. Payment options are many and varied to suit the individual. Excellent communication from the staff. They raised a query with me but I understood why and it was a valid query. Upon completion of the order I was kept appraised of the progress, including postage out using a courier service that allows package tracking and a 1 hour delivery window. If you're considering this product, stop thinking and purchase. I'll be amazed if you're not completely satisfied.

Absolutely superb bracelets
Absolutely superb bracelets. Fabulous quality, my husband loves it. Beautifully constructed and pretty much indestructible! However, it should be treasured and looked after, because it is all that is quality about British craftsmanship, which makes me proud to be British.
Customer service and packaging is excellent too.

Amazing quality!
Such a beautiful, well made bracelet. All the beads I have bought have been perfect, my favourite being the glow bead. I would definitely recommend all the products from Bailey of Sheffield, they are all such high quality and seem indestructible. Customer service has also been superb 👌🏻
