Great service
Shiela was fantastic in curating my personalised brookie across 36 locations. She was super responsive and turned everything around very quickly. Great service and everyone loved the product.

First experience of Bakerdays was good.
The cake was wonderful and just as requested - beautifully and securely packed, arrived on time, tasted great. However the online booking wasn't working properly, and wouldn't take my payment, so I had to phone the company to place the order. Once I got through the staff person was very helpful.

Everything was absolutely poor, don't even bother
Everything was absolutely poor, service, delivery of cake, traditional sponge stated cream and jam filling but I received a plain squashed cake, packaging was wet. It took 1 month for my refund. Bakerdays lie alot saying accounts team are on holiday that's why refund is taking long....until I disputed this with my bank I then received my refund. Disappointing and disgusting company. Alot of stress and emails went out, they just did not care. Customer service Marielle G really bad and lied alot in emails.

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this caused. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a cake that did not arrive in the condition expected, especially after ordering a traditional sponge cake with a cream and jam filling.
We would like to reassure you that our Customer Service Team was not trying to mislead you. When we advised that our Accounts Team were processing outstanding refunds, this was based on the updates available to us at the time, and we were also waiting for their confirmation before being able to provide further updates.
Having reviewed your order, we can confirm that your refund was processed on 05/08. We are very sorry that the process took longer than expected and for the additional stress caused by the delays and follow-up emails.
We have also shared your feedback internally regarding the delivery, packaging, product quality, and communication so we can review where improvements are needed.
We sincerely apologise again for the disappointment caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, my cake was delivered early and left outside my front door while I was away. I was not home for the rest of the day and only discovered the package the following day. The box had been exposed to the weather for many hours and was completely soaked, leaving the cake damaged beyond use. As a result, our celebration was ruined because we did not have the cake that had been ordered for the occasion.

Nice cake, poor packaging & no reply
The cake itself was nicely made and tasted good, but it arrived damaged. The packaging was very poor, which is why the cake got ruined in transit. I tried contacting you about this but never received a reply or even an apology. Please improve your packaging and customer service.

This is a great company producing beautiful cakes choice of sponges fruit cake etc the chocolate sponge is to die for! My own family love the photo cakes seeing a photo of themselves as well as a birthday greeting. Thank you Bakerdays for all your wonderful work and arranging delivery to my door.

They go above and beyond
They go above and beyond. First cake Delivered was damaged so I contacted Bakersday. I sent them pictures of the damaged cake which the courier had delivered the cake the wrong way up. They then sent me another one the next day which was amazing service. Highly recommend Bakersday. Not the Delivery firm.

Cake was small and very unimpressive…
Cake was small and very unimpressive for the price paid. Decoration was big standard print with little detail and cake looked deflated. We would have been better off getting one from a supermarket

The full experience was excellent on a great Retirement cake
The full experience was excellent from ordering the Cake, the delivery by DPD which was tracked and on time and actually consuming the cake which was for a retirement party.

Great Taste and Great Experience
Bakerdays have saved me on multiple occasions. I absolutely love the convenience of being able to order personalised, gorgeous cakes with pictures and messages, along with balloons and other extras. The cakes are much more impressive and extravagant than you would expect.
Thank you so much for helping make my family members feel special and for making their days memorable. You have saved me on more than one occasion, and the prices are incredibly affordable for the quality and service you provide.
I only wish you offered flowers as well so you could create a complete gift package. You are an amazing company with a fantastic idea, and I will definitely be coming back to order again, especially for Christmas.

Very disappointing cake super tiny, dry and poor quality
The cake arrived damaged and squashed. It was unbelievably small for the price, dry, tasteless, and of very poor quality. I felt completely disappointed and that I wasted my money. This was one of the worst cakes I’ve ever ordered online. I would definitely not order from Bakerdays again. It ruined my daughter’s birthday.
