Poor service, no customer support
Poor service with zero customer service. Twice I’ve placed orders and waited over 2 weeks. Chased my order to be told the stock is unavailable so eventually other part of the order has been shipped. Then the credits didn’t go back on to my account so had to chase that. Took days to make contact. I only shop there as products are cheap. I wouldn’t buy anything of value!

Our records show that we responded to each email within 24 to 48 hours, but we recognise that timely replies alone do not resolve an outstanding order. We should have provided clearer updates about the unavailable items and what would happen next.

The service from Ben ,Nick ,Max and Ruth was all absolutely exceptional.
All so obliging, knowledgable and time giving.
I popped in to ask if they would help to put 2 new Tryes on my Enve SES 4.5 wheels for my Enve Mogg gravel bike.
They operated swiftly and had the job done perfectly within minutes. Just an absolute pleasure to have been in their company. Chapeau to Balfes's.
